1st Feb 2022 (2 years ago)An easy 5* rating from me. Flawless from start to finish during the sales process. Claire Bayliss dealing with the sale was absolutely fantastic. Providing viewings right from the start and selling the property within a month. I was contacted right the way through the process, both in a friendly and professional manner. Felt at ease right the way through the process. Pennaf will also setup an account for you where you can see exactly where you are in the sales process from start to finish. I highly recommend Pennaf Premier.
10th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)We were unsure how best to sell our home to achieve the quick sale that we required. Katie from John Francis was great with her valuation and getting a nice listing up on the website. She suggested we sell via the "modern auction method" with their I AM SOLD collaboration. Everything worked very well. There were a few very minor delays on account of some lender issues, but on the whole we were kept well informed by I AM SOLD & Dylan at JF Pontardawe. The price received was a little under the initial valuation but a very fair price overall. The I AM SOLD method gives the buyer impetus to complete in a timely manner, which is mainly a good thing from a seller's perspective. We are very grateful to you all for getting everything sorted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone selling by this method and through this agent. Thank You
25th May 2024 (8 days ago)Absolutely worst place you can rent from!!! Stay far far away! I’m not the only one who’s having issues getting my security deposit back! It’s been 37 days since I’ve moved out of the property and I’ve been passed from pillar to post it’s alway their in a meeting or they will call back but never do! Not it’s got to the point where they are just hanging up on me! I have taken legal action against them and reported to rent smart wales where there is an investigation underway! They have absolutely no idea how to run a business or how to speak or handle customers! !!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY !!!!!!!!! It’s been 2 months and till now 1 email back from the office! Still the same news on the phone every time they’re out of office or in a meeting! Now they’re just being very awkward and not realising my bond and that I have to do it myself! Please stay far far away from this company!! They’re a scamming bunch of people!! Have no care in the world.

Difficult to get hold of in the mornings but leave a message and they call you back ( I think they have a daily meeting in the mornings) I sold my house quickly after a few viewings felt completely safe leaving my keys with them for easy access as we both work.

We worked with Daf in both the purchase and subsequent sale of our rental property, and can vouch for his integrity, knowledge, absolute professionalism, and enthusiasm, in spite of some difficult aspects along the way during the sale. Always approachable and contactable, his excellent relations with our solicitors took much of the stress out of the experience. We couldn't imagine using anyone else.

They’ve made the move so much easier considering we couldn’t come and view the place! They are the most friendliest people I’ve ever come across and I couldn’t recommend them enough! If your looking to move I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them!

31st Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Absolutely terrible communication throughout our time renting with them, never answer emails or call you back. When it came to leaving the property it was even worse, no explanation from them as to how and when to leave so they ended up charging us more due to there own miscommunication. Then they overcharge for everything at the end of tenancy and make up charges. I wouldn't recommend and would advise you find another company to rent from. They blamed all their mistakes on "the new girl" and they only care about the landlords and the money.

His manner was pleasant, informative and above all else honest and reassuring. His very capable assistant Nicola was equally focused on achieving a unified outcome and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I have to be honest and I will put it out there I had the opportunity to utilise Andy’s services from the outset but unfortunately I decided to go elsewhere. I look back now and wish I had not done that as it would have saved me a lot of wasted time and undue stress. I regret not using Andy’s company from day one of trying to sell my house. Thank you Andy for all your support we got there in the end.
