Looking for a new place to rent has been a very stressful one but Monty made it much easier. Whatever queries I might have, he was able to respond to them very quickly. 17th May 2024 (16 days ago)I had a best experience with Lawrence Rand Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip. They educated us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. Their guidance in understanding the mortgage process was particularly helpful. Probably we had a longest journey to Purchase a house. Team was very cooperative and provided valuable guidance in every step of the way. They regularly had follow-up calls and mails literally everyday with Mortgage advisers, solicitors and us to keep moving the process very hardworking people I owe them all a big thanks. I just can’t say 1 person I would like to thank the whole staff of Lawrence Rand Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip for making our dream come true. My Special thanks to Alec who drive us through the whole process and help us to cross all the huddles which cant be explained in words. No other agency would give us a lift from one property to another. They had so much patience. Joseph was professional and his experience was top. Even when we had to pull out after an offer has been accepted, didn’t expect such professionalism from their reply. Outstanding service.

I got easily mortgage offer with low rate because of his strength. Micheal Gomes and the entire Fairfield staff were very professional and great to work with for the whole process of purchasing my house.

29th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)To owner, I am Pratik Nashikkar, I visited to your kingsbury office on Wednesday 27/09/2023 nearly 5pm regarding renting house. The lady who was attending us was illiterately rude. She don’t to how to talk with customers. For us searching a house is very difficult but we came on some hope, they let me down. I will never suggest to anyone to come and visit to your office. Even though we ask here regarding 2,3 and 4 bhk along with i am suggesting more than 6 area but the rude answer was check online and make weird faces. Thank you owner for demotivating us.
17th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!

As soon as something went wrong she went missing. Took two years to half fix a leak, I got blamed for everything. I had to record videos of human fetal matter on my wall, leaks coming through the ceiling. My entire home is full of mold and damp. I’m looking after my mother at the moment. She has a tumor in her lower back. Carly decided along with the landlord to evict me from my home using a non fault eviction. I’m destroyed, mentally I’m finished. What ever you do, do not trust oak property rentals or Carly their letting agent. They seem nice until something goes wrong. Please see selection of pictures I’ve attached to this review to prove what I’m saying is factual. Over 40 grand in rent I paid to them over the years. only to receive a non fault eviction. I just hope I survive this. No one cares and no one will read this anyway. So what’s the point…

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Browns really are a breath of fresh air in the world of Estate Agents. Robert was my one point of contact, he has a great knowledge of the market, is very professional, transparent and personable. Throughout the selling process, Robert kept me up to date on everything, was proactive and followed up when he said he would and in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected from an Estate Agent. I would highly recommend Browns Residential.
