The photos / drone images were outstanding and the advert was incredible. Within two weeks we had two offers! Definitely an agent to be recommended!

The photographs and virtual tour of the property were exceptional the best ones out there where comparing to other agents. For Sale sign up immediately and supported very well with sale negotiation. I can't fault James and Harry who always provide excellent service and communication when things need fixing within the flat and haven't let me down yet. Credit to James who is always at the end of the phone morning noon & night, he does his job to an exceptionally high standard. It's very well organised, the team are polite, understanding and efficient. Cheers for all your help and assistance this last year.

My experience on both occasions has been exemplary. My first sale was a commercial property, and more recently a residential property. The staff (with a special shout out to Sue and Jay) have been outstanding. Especially as through no fault of theirs, the sale took a long time due to probate etc, completing. I'd have no hesitation recommending them for commercial or residential appointments. Polite, professional and efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else. Chris Shields

Sadly inside two years I had to call upon their services again to sell the flat when my mum passed away. Their care, sensitivity and respect during the whole process was magnificent. Due to probate it took much longer than needed but they kept in contact frequently and held my hand throughout. I am truly grateful for your support. Jacqui and her team are simply The BEST....keep watering that plant Jacqui.

They truly listened to my needs and understood exactly what I was looking for. Unlike other agencies that feel very commercial, Smooth Move provided a personal touch that made me feel valued as a client. Jack and Harriet were fast and efficient, with no delays and everything clearly communicated and transparent. I also had the pleasure of interacting with another colleague whose name I can't recall, but they were incredibly cheerful and instrumental in helping me understand the local schools for my son. 17th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID
28th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)The reviews for MHL are all good which is why we chose them but our experience wasn’t great. The communication wasn’t the best, we had an offer withdrawn because the buyers weren’t made aware the property was leasehold. The buyers were due to come to see us again on a Sunday, we waited in only to find out that they had withdrawn the offer and told MHL on Saturday but mhl didn’t let us know. Then we had another offer but the buyer wasn’t actually in a position to buy as he didn’t have the funds available straight away for the deposit, but they still tried to push us to accept. In a time when houses in our area are selling very quickly, we didn’t sell ours to a suitable buyer with a couple of months of it being up for sale. Our neighbours put theirs up for sale with another agent and it sold straight away for a similar price.
