She’s been consistently professional, proactive and genuinely helpful throughout. Her communication was clear and timely, and she handled everything smoothly. I really appreciate how she managed to navigate the renewal so effectively, securing a great outcome without any friction. 30th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I used Foxtons around November time to try and sell my late father's home. To be fair they are very good estate agent and actually make an effort to sell your home unfortunately after some disagreements we parted ways. They would have sold the house literally in the first week. Now im with another estate agent a much smaller firm they are ok but not as good as Foxtons. In the last few months I've researched and contacted estate agents and to be fair most of them in Walthamstow are lacklustre and not bothered, however I'd say Foxtons are the best of the bunch as they actually make an effort to get your house sold. In the next month or so will have to look for another estate agent as my contract has ended with my current estate agent. Anyhow a special thanks to Sonny (Sales Manager) he's excellent and did the best he could, if you're selling your house in Walthamstow Foxtons would be a great choice. Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.
31st Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I recently bought my first home and my seller used Butler & Stag to manage to sale. I can't even describe the night and day difference it was from a buyer point-of-view after having an initial offer fall through with a different agency. B&S were there every step of the way (special shout-out to Martine, who worked tirelessly as our sales progressor!) and everything felt so personal, even though I'm sure they have loads of cases on at once. As I was buying alone, I really appreciated having someone there to ask all the little questions. I had such a positive experience, I'll definitely look to use them when I'm in a position to sell. Thank you!!

My journey to selling my property started with a frustrating and ultimately "useless" experience with Purple Bricks. After months of poor communication and zero results, I decided to switch gears and instructed Jamie to take over the listing. It was the best decision I could have made. From the very first conversation, Jamie was absolutely brilliant. Unlike the previous agency, his communication was "on point" all the way through; I was never left wondering what was happening with my sale. He provided the kind of expert, proactive advice that is essential for getting a deal over the line in today’s market. What really impressed me was his resilience.
