16th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)My initial experience with Foxtons was very positive. Agents like McKyle and Jade were responsive and helpful while I was searching for an apartment. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. Lately it has been difficult to reach anyone, and when I try calling McKyle he is often unavailable. I was later connected to Danielle, who told me about a property in Westminster. The landlord cancelled the viewing on Friday and it was rescheduled for Monday. When I called again on Monday, I was informed that the property had already gone off the market. During the call, Danielle mentioned that I had “gone for a haircut on Monday,” which is why the property was gone. I found this comment confusing and a bit unprofessional, especially since I was expecting the rescheduled viewing. I understand that the London rental market moves very quickly, but clearer communication and a more supportive approach would make the experience much better for clients.

The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!

I can't even describe the night and day difference it was from a buyer point-of-view after having an initial offer fall through with a different agency. B&S were there every step of the way (special shout-out to Martine, who worked tirelessly as our sales progressor!) and everything felt so personal, even though I'm sure they have loads of cases on at once. As I was buying alone, I really appreciated having someone there to ask all the little questions. I had such a positive experience, I'll definitely look to use them when I'm in a position to sell. Thank you!!
4th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

1st Apr 2026 (3 days ago)We used lux homes to sell our property and I’m so glad we did. Alex was Amazing as we had a few hiccups along the way he was always reassuring and so professional. Even though it took a while Alex was there to work through any problems as was Sophie who also was there whenever we needed any advice. As stressful as moving is lux homes Hornchurch was so helpful I fully recommend using them for there wonderful service they provided Thank you guys
