They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.
22nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

They were not only highly professional and diligent throughout, but also really down-to-earth. Their advice on my legal rights dealing with a previous pushy agent was invaluable and saved me a significant sums of money at the end. Plus, they were proactive in coordinating everything, ensuring the whole process was wrapped up within just five weeks from offer – something others thought would be impossible. If you're after a smooth property transaction without any fuss, Easymove are the ones to turn to. Seriously, couldn't recommend them enough!

Panay was great in terms of liaising with all parties involved and handling enquiries in an efficient manner. He represented himself professionally and is a credit to Highcastle Eststes. I am over the moon as my completion date is the 15th March 2024. I can not wait to pick up the keys to my new property and meet the team at the Goodmayes Branch. 18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
5th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!

Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++

We work to house young people who may not have the credit, rental history or high income that many agents and landlords require, so need a flexible approach. Krishna and her colleagues were extremely helpful and collaborative in finding a solution that worked to get our client, the tenant, housed and also provided adequate security to put the landlord's mind at ease. Consistent, respectful and empathetic communication at all times - much appreciated.
