My initial experience with Foxtons was very positive. Agents like McKyle and Jade were responsive and helpful while I was searching for an apartment. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. Lately it has been difficult to reach anyone, and when I try calling McKyle he is often unavailable. I was later connected to Danielle, who told me about a property in Westminster. The landlord cancelled the viewing on Friday and it was rescheduled for Monday. When I called again on Monday, I was informed that the property had already gone off the market. During the call, Danielle mentioned that I had “gone for a haircut on Monday,” which is why the property was gone. I found this comment confusing and a bit unprofessional, especially since I was expecting the rescheduled viewing. I understand that the London rental market moves very quickly, but clearer communication and a more supportive approach would make the experience much better for clients.... Read more

I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation.
