He kept us updated throughout the process and always answered emails or picked up the phone which goes such a long way! Will definitely be using Curchods and Al for our future property needs due to his excellent service. Would highly recommend!

The deal was incredibly complicated and involved two sellers that didn't want to work together. If it wasn't for Paul would probably still be in process of purchase! I admire how he was constantly pushing different parties and communicating effectively so that we can progress. Thank you very much Paul and the team!

After many years at this address it was an emotional exercise and they both made sure it went as smoothly as possible. Excellent, honest advice from start to finish.

She remained positive and proactive throughout and continuously provided re-assurance and good advice at all times. I would imagine that our purchasers are equally impressed with her service to them as much as we are to ourselves, as it was her tenacity to make the sale/purchase happen that got us all through this otherwise very stressful sale We have now used Emma and her team twice now and I can't imagine a situation where we would ever use anyone else again, even if we were trying to sell/buy in the Shetland Islands ! Emma and Robert Leech are a wining team and a team that you will want on acting for you, sale or purchase Highly recommend ! (Again !) 100% commitment and quality of Service.....Always !
28th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)It's been over 1 month since our tenancy agreement ended and still not received our deposit. Did not offer any true updates throughout, we have been told a few times that a refund has been processed but it hadn't, your staff where lying to me on the phone just to get rid of me. Called the landlord, he said you only contacted him in regards to our deposit last Friday, nearly a month after our tenancy ended. I thought a deposit was meant to be refunded within 10 days after the tenancy ended.
25th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)We chose Profiles to sell our house as Chris is so knowledgeable and there are no hidden fees or penalties in the contract. The team carried out all the viewings and found us a buyer within about a month. They were supportive throughout a prolonged sale process, caused by problems further down the chain, and kept us informed throughout. Thanks very much to Bryonie and the rest of the team.
22nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)LANDLORDS **AVOID-AVOID-AVOID** If I could give a zero rating I would. As a landlord using this company they do nothing to look after their landlords and only take interest in lining their pockets. They ignore any correspondence regarding anything that will effect their fees yet still continue to deduct the monies to them from the rent they collect, despite it not being due or earned to them. if you are a landlord AVOID Dear Chancellors - thank you for your suggestion of e mailing the Directors. The sad thing is that I did that before leaving the review to the very e mail address you have provided. Guess what - no reply. Its a shame you are so quick to give the impression you care on your google reviews rather than reply to your customers and resolve the issue.
