It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

30th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Avoid this agency at all costs. We viewed a property in Sutton and submitted an offer at the full asking price, only to discover the usual trick. The property is advertised on Zoopla as a £500,000 guide price, which clearly seems designed just to attract interest. In reality, any offer at £500,000 is simply ignored or rejected unless you offer more. If the seller expects more, then be honest and list it higher — but of course that would be less attractive to buyers. It’s misleading and a complete waste of everyone’s time. Property prices are typically negotiated down, not artificially pushed up after attracting buyers with a lower “guide price”. It gets worse. The property was advertised as 107 sqm, but in reality it is closer to 80 sqm. Even a 2019 floor plan shows around 90 sqm, which already contradicts the listing. This is not a minor error — it’s a huge discrepancy and completely unacceptable. It feels like the agency is deliberately inflating the size to make the property look more appealing. Since submitting our offer, we have received absolutely no response. We also contacted the agent (Georgia) regarding this major discrepancy in size, and were completely ignored. Misleading pricing, inaccurate property details, and zero communication. Save yourself the time and frustration — stay well away from this agency.- 21st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I must say I'm very impressed with the professionalism while keeping a friendly and approachable manner throughout my sales journey. Zoe, Gene, Kelly and the rest of the team at Hamptons in Kingston kept me and my potential buyers informed and updated both on the phone then followed-up with emails. They were proactive the whole time, provided advice where I needed a steer (I made the ultimate decisions but they helped me make them). They were with me every step of the way. Their commission was competitive and lower than other agents and well worth it considering the service I received. Outstanding service with a personal touch from beginning to end. Kelly even called me on her day off to congratulate my exchange, really kind. Thank you Hamptons in Kingston.

8th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
12th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I have to admit at first I was a bit sceptical of using Foxtons. Initially, I decided to go with other agents instead, viewings were few and far between and six months went past without an offer in sight. I then decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with Foxtons. Suddenly, not only did the quantity of viewings change but so did the calibre of the people being put forward to view our property. Then came the offer stage, where negotiations had reached stalemate and Foxtons facilitated in a way to ensure an agreement could be made. That’s when the REAL work started. The actual sale process was arduous. There was an immense amount of paperwork and legal processes due to the type of property being sold. Various parties needed to be contacted by certain deadlines with the right paperwork in place. Jasmine, our singular point of contact from the offer stage onwards, put in an unbelievable amount of effort, without which the sale would have fallen through. She kept track of all deadlines, worked with both lawyers to find solutions and even found responses to queries where she could. Thank you Foxtons New Malden and Jasmine for all your hard work! Best agent on the high street!

We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.
