Daniel was extremely well-mannered, communicated clearly at every stage, and immediately understood my needs and taste in property. What stood out the most was the genuine care and honesty shown towards customers. It is very important to feel respected and understood when making such an important decision, and he made the experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We got a handful of valuations from local agents, but Katie stood out from the rest - she was enthusiastic about selling our home, responsive to any queries and confident she could get a good price for us. We had lots of viewings and received feedback from each one. Nick and Esme were great at showing buyers around. Once we went under offer, we worked with Tamsin, who was also fantastic. Thanks Cubitt & West, we highly recommend!

25th Nov 2025 (5 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future ??????

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

She was always extremely attentive, quick to answer any questions we had, and very patient when explaining everything we needed to complete throughout the process. From the moment we decided we wanted the property, Isabelle was incredibly helpful and made everything move along smoothly and quickly. She regularly checked in with us, offered support whenever we needed it, and always went out of her way to help. Her communication was amazing from start to finish, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and more reassuring. Laura was utterly professional and exceedingly pro active in every way with excellent communication in keeping me regularly updated on the letting progress for my flat. The same could be said for Olga who was also very proactive and responsive in a way that was most appreciated. I have never had such a positive team behind me when letting properties for over 20 years so I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, their professionalism and communication really stood out. The check-out process was clearly explained well in advance, which made preparing for the move much less stressful. They provided a helpful checklist and were always available to answer any questions I had, responding promptly and politely every time. On the day of the inspection, everything was handled fairly and transparently.
