26th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Avoid this Concentric Sales and Lettings Liverpool if you are a tenant. After dealing this Letting Agent and when you're ready to move in is when you will discover the rooms can be in a filthy state with Mould all over the walls, Mound behind furniture, rubbish hid under the bed. I felt the management acted in the spirit of deceitfulness they can suddenly stop returning any emails or phone calls so they can deliberately treat anyone in a horrible manner. The properties are Not cleaned , they try to make the rooms to look like they in a good shape when you view it but when you actually move in you discover the truth how dishonest they are, all the repairs that have never been done, then if you email them you will be ignored. They will make sure you sign the contract away from the property so they can hide the problems. They act like scammers . You can email them , ring them they will ignore you provide they have taken your money and lure you into a situation to make you sign a document or they will not give you the keys. Very disgusting unprofessional attitude.

17th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)I received a last-minute request for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before selling my property, but I didn't know where to turn. Thankfully, I called Carly at BRH Property and she came to my aid. Carly provided everything I needed via email and we set up an appointment for the inspection. To my surprise, I received the certificate on the same day as the inspection. The service I received was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BRH Property for their great customer service. Thank you once again Carly

23rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Have rented out property for nearly 10 years and recently moved property management to this office. Would not recommend to anyone. Not responsive to emails or diligent in dealing with repairs. Only interest is in adding to their bottom line and have regularly taken money off my rental statement without justification. Finance team not linked with office so can’t even establish why fees are taken.

8th May 2024 (25 days ago)I have entrusted my property with Northwood for around 6 years now and although initially I was happy with the service, policies in the business have changed and has make them less flexible especially when it comes to paying for maintenance in my property. Communication is key in any business and I feel Northwood are failing. They are quick to communicate when money is needed but not so quick to address concerns that are highlighted if it has a financial impact on them. I hope they improve soon

17th May 2024 (16 days ago)Both John and Jackie have been amazing at helping me to sell my property after previous estate agent tried to short-change me with exorbitant fees (with no results!) and unreasonable tie-in period. Acumen has been transparent, honest , pragmatic and professional throughout the selling process and I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone considering to sell their property!
26th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Please avoid this Agency at all costs if you are a Landlord. Current tenant not paid since June 2023. Rental insurance was taken when the tenant moved in, however the owner cannot even be bothered to contact them to commence the claim. I'm over £6,000 out of pocket and its entirely due to this disgraceful company. I've lost count of the number of emails and phonecalls that are simply ignored and so have had no choice but to raise a complaint with the ombudsman.

They kept me up to date with where my purchase was up to, the communication and answers to my questions were speedy and efficient, and the people I spoke to made a stressful time a much more pleasant experience. 20th May 2024 (13 days ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
