9th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)I used Reeds Rains in the past for a previous sale and the service was excellent. So used them again at at the West Derby branch and once again, an excellent service and communication by the whole team, especially Darren and Justin who I mostly dealt with.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.
18th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Where do I start with this company, firstly Paula couldn't run a bath, never mind a letting agency, she broke confidentiality, her husband, the owner John, along with Paula took no responsibility for their incompetence in dealing with my tenancy agreement, I tried to discuss matters with them and they accused me of being aggressive and abusive, which is untrue, as I have all the conversation recorded, including John demanding I leave the office, they stated I tried to extort money from them which again Was not the case, never once did I mention anything about money, They are a family run business so all stick together and will take no responsibility for their failings I understand that this is only my dealings with them and others may have had a different experience

The house completed in less than 2 months from the offer being accepted. They may not be the biggest, but they are definitely the best agents in Liverpool. Don't make the mistake of going elsewhere.
