Our house was taken off the market before a mortgage was secured. 3 months later we are having to put the house back on the market as buyers could not secure a mortgage. Agents turned up late for viewings and very unhelpful.
I can't fault my experience with Mayer Estate Agents - they were brilliant from start to finish. The house was sold at a fair market price, within a few days of them starting viewings. When delays in the buyer's financing impacted timescales, I knew I could rely on Mayer to advocate on my behalf and do everything possible to help push the sale forward. The staff at Mayer, also kept me well informed throughout and were always a delight to deal with. If you are looking for a professional and personal service from people who really know the Plymouth housing market, I don't believe you can do better than Mayer!
