23rd Aug 2024 (29 days ago)The whole team at the Sittingbourne branch have been extremely helpful and understanding whilst trying to move my elderly mum. The group WhatsApp chat was really convenient and you felt like there was continuous support. From the initial introduction to put mums house on the market right through to final push to exchange we were fully supported. Would highly recommend. 19th Feb 2020 (4 years ago)Very professional service, gave a detailed explanation of valuation and pricing strategy, were always able to explain their t&c's very clearly. And got us on the market promptly, with plenty of viewings booked in, and under offer within 3 weeks.
2nd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with Black Katz - everything was sorted promptly. Whenever we needed a hand, Amy was so quick to respond, and always understanding (particularly with picking up the keys!). Would definitely recommend.
10th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)The entire team is highly unprofessional and uninformed. They do not care about your time or effort. The agents are uninformed even about the basic details about the flat like the area measurements. We had a very unpleasant experience with them recently and would not suggest going for this viewing company.

5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)We bought our house through Reeds Rains Catford earlier this year. I would not recommend them to anyone. Being rude and pushy to anyone during this process shouldn't be ok, whether it's the buyer/seller/other estate agents involved or solicitors. The whole experience of buying through Reeds Rains was horrible, from the start to finish. If it wasn't for the fact we wanted the house so much we would have walked away based on our experience with this agency.
23rd Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)I viewed two rental properties with Mohammed, the first one had a previous pest problem and when I asked for the documentation from pest control to show the relevant work was completed I was told they could not provide it. (Ripon road) - Still available. The second property is on Shorndean street, I was the first person to view and as soon as I left I called the office to make an offer and was told I’d receive a call back, they never called back. I chased them and was told someone else had put in an offer so I couldn’t. Weeks on this property is still showing as available and every time I call Mohammed either avoids me, or has said I cannot offer as other offers are going forward. (Even though I was the first to view it and call) As an estate agent myself I can’t seem to understand why they will only put forward one offer as they are legally obliged to put all offers forward fairly. I will be making a formal complaint against them to the property ombudsman.

Whilst I have now purchased with another agent, I wanted to extend my thanks to Toby, who, from the point of first contact, I found to be knowledgeable and reliable. Returned my calls and very helpful.

Having gone through a large handful of different estate agents, these guys are by far the best of the bunch, and their customer service has been incredibly warm and honest. Thank you to Scott and Indiana in particular - highly recommend!

3rd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rubbish for sales. Called for a viewing which got cancelled and rescheduled twice. This took so long that when the day of the viewing arrived, the property already got an offer and they cancelled the viewing 2h before it was supposed to happen. All the employees seem very young and not experienced in sales.

After trying three other estate agents with no success, Olivia found us a delightful young couple to buy our house and she kept with us despite various set backs right through to completion. One of the advantages of the way Laurels work is that it was Olivia who signed us up and showed the house and sorted out all the problems that beset the sale, which made it much easier for us to understand the progress being made, especially towards the end when we were abroad on holiday. Thank you very much Olivia, Jon and Anita.

Alan sold our house for us and went above and beyond. I've never experienced such fantastic communication and compassion when selling a property. 18th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Not a direct customer to Foxton’s however they have multiple cars that are taking up all of the parking spaces reserved for the local community. It’s very difficult for us as there is limited parking options for all the apartment buildings in the area. Please can you park behind the Strata building instead?
15th Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)I contracted Davis & Gibbs to deal with the sale of my ex-rental studio flat in Kennington. Callum Brook was professional, realistic and really helpful throughout the process. As I no longer live in the UK, he sent me pictures of the flat, advised on which repairs were worth doing, got the meter readings, checked for mail, gave advice on how to deal with the formalities, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Very shortly after the flat went back on the market (within about 10 days, I think), Callum got me an offer very close to the asking price which I was happy to accept, and the sale was completed recently. I am delighted with this result, especially at a time when the housing market is so unpredictable. I would not hesitate to use Davis & Gibbs again.
