24th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I rented my property out through Truepenny's and whilst the experience at the beginning to get the contracts drawn up etc. was quite slow and last-minute, throughout the actual management of the tenancy they have been brilliant. I recently had to regain possession of my flat due to a change in my personal circumstances and Myra in particular was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a difficult time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Truepenny's for anyone looking to rent out their property in the area!

The nicest and most helpful agent we have been shown a property by. We did not put an offer down for the property we saw, but we will be looking with Sadie going forward.

Why I chose Circa (and would again): • They understood exactly what I was looking for very quickly — no wasted time, no irrelevant viewings • The properties he showed were genuinely high quality and well aligned with my criteria • Outstanding process management — I went from offer submitted to getting the keys in less than 1.5 months (and Kit was really part of making this happen) • Extremely responsive — Kit was always available, proactive, and on top of everything • Not the typical “salesy” approach — Kit really focuses on making both parties agree in a fair and smooth way, without pressure or nonsense What really sets them apart: Unlike many agencies that flood you with listings you don’t care about, Kit is very focused and selective. You can tell he actually listens — every property shown felt relevant, which makes a huge difference in London. Overall, a very smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience — which is rare. I’ll definitely come back to Circa London — and to Kit Farino — when I sell my property. NB: This was for the purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Central London.

We made an offer the same day, and she guided us through the process with the landlady, then helped us get everything arranged to move in. We are delighted with the flat, and with the excellent service we received!

It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately. He’s been generous with his time, not pushy with opinions and options, and even managed to accommodate us needing to do the entire negotiation with the seller in 24 hours due to travel plans.
