16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
5th Jul 2024 (17 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

29th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Having just traveled for over an hour and a half to view a property to find the information totally inaccurate. No dishwasher as advertised ,or room to put one , no en-suite shower as advertised , not a gas hob as advertised. The property advertised as a block of 6 residential Park Homes but there was at least 12 and other holiday homes nearby. The gentleman that showed us around was pleasant enough but embarrassed when these points were raised and not very knowledgeable when we asked questions about the property. This was a complete waste of time viewing the property and very unprofessional service from the Company.

1st Jul 2023 (1 year ago)I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I would have given 2 stars but as a landlord and owner of a property, I had to remember I was paying these people. I must commend them for at least following through with what was required of them but that was the least. The correspondence was abysmal regarding time. I would send Omega an email and I would get a response after I remind them of the initial email at least another 3 times. I believe they had a hidden relationship between the tenants and covertly prolonged a request to empty the property to benefit the tenant. An example of this was making excuses for the tenant being on holiday. After contacting Omega on the day they had told me the tenant had returned, they said the tenant was on holiday again. Constant reminders to remind this tenant was ignored and then they posted a picture of the notice to the tenant to vacate the property. They made little effort to contact the tenant and lacked foresight, which led to a break in because they had left a notice outside informing every passerby that the property was empty. So many emails of mine to Omega consisted of "I have not had a response from you yet regarding.." The staff here are just generally slow at thinking. I had someone pick up the keys to my property from them, and Omega required ID and contact. Omega was given a business card, and they photocopied it and gave it back. The purpose of a business card is to hand it out. Why was it photocopied. I'm very patient and I'm used to very little or poor service. The majority of my reviews are above 4 stars. Unfortunately it's the complete experience that was a let down.

Quite a long tricky chain to deal with but Andrew was willing to help keep things moving when others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, great movie and pictures of the house too. 100% recommend.

5th Feb 2024 (8 mo. ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.

Turned up 10 minutes early and there was another couple also waiting at the property.. 5 minutes later another couple also turned up to view the property. Found this to be unacceptable for us to either be expected to view the property all at the same time with the current pandemic, or for us to have to wait outside while the other couples each viewed the property. One couple found this to be unacceptable and left immediately, the other couple then left at 14:10 as the lady who worked for Craven Wildsmith was late. At 14:15 we called the estate agent to tell them we too were leaving.. We had no call to tell us they would be late, or how late they would be. They arranged a group viewing during a pandemic, or expected us to wait outside. If this is the level of customer service at the first viewing, I dread to think how they would be when it came to needing a boiler fixed, wanting a deposit returned or just any general complaint.

They are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble , they put me at ease from first contact . I was really impressed with the photographs and video that Jody made of the Property and I was kept updated throughout . I felt like I was in safe hands from start to finish and would highly recommend
