7th Jun 2020 (4 years ago)I can't recommend EweMove Goole highly enough. Karen sat and talked us through everything at the valuation visit and gave excellent advice as well as being easy to talk to. Karen and Jo always available to call if needed. House sold within a week and before lockdown. During lockdown Nikki was regularly in touch with us and our buyers so we didn't worry. On completion Jo came for keys on her day off. Great service all round

12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.

15th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

3rd Oct 2024 (29 days ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
