1st Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)The agent harasses me! My neighbor used this agency to sell his property. According to him, the experience of selling his property through this agency has been a complete nightmare. Despite the promises made by the agency regarding a 28-day completion and a cash buyer, my neighbor has faced continuous delays. The seller said the highly recommended cash buyer persistently renegotiates the price even after three months, citing various excuses. Additionally, I have experienced harassment from Sam Ford, the agency's director. He warned me not to knock on my neighbor's door. Despite my reluctance to answer his calls, he persists in writing email warning me not to contact my neighbor and attempting to provoke my relationship with my neighbor. He had previously shared my number with his business partner without my permission, resulting in that person emailing me at midnight and making multiple late evening calls. I have reported Sam Ford to prevent further harassment. It is crucial for Mr. Ford to understand who him is and where he is. This is a free country, and attempting to restrict my freedom of movement through email is unacceptable. Secondly, if property owners or tenants feel uncomfortable, they should report such matters themselves. Mr. Ford has no contractual relationship with them at this time. Therefore, the motivation behind Sam harassing me remains unclear

11th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)First let then sold a property through maritime properties. They dealt with the while process and kept me informed at all times. Much better than other estate agents that I have dealt with.

Not only speaking from the tenant perspective but as a professional person I can quickly pick up on the service that the agents provides. In my case,Ive been working with Cameron Adams for almost 4 years. Not only they are very responsive, deals with the maintenance very promptly ,understanding,kind and caring ,but always takes your personal issues into consideration before any decision is made. It is rare to find managing agents like Cameron Adams that truly cares for the people and not only the money. Humble and with great morals. They are always there to support not only the landlords but also the tenants. The way they treat their customers is extraordinary. With a such a sensitivity, empathy and understanding that makes you feel being that part of their family. I feel lucky to be their tenant. It is extremely hard part to take when two sides of opinions does not align . It is never easy to be a middle person wanting both parties to be happy. But when you are led by compassion,love and integrity every problem seems to be resolved in the most beautiful way and this is what Cameron Adams does . Uniquely delivering best service possible . The first property that was offered to us unfortunately became unavailable but we did not have any problem because he immediately offered us another property that is suitable to our need. He’s very professional and was very considerate. So far, one of the best agent that I met.

Their team has been professional, efficient, and attentive throughout the entire process. I’d like to give special mention to Carl and Robert, who have gone above and beyond in ensuring everything went smoothly. Their dedication and expertise made the process stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Islington Properties.

Always really helpful when we called in and if someone wasn't available when we called, we always got a call back that same day. Leah and George were top notch as well - would definitely use them again!

After numerous viewings through other high street estate agents and a previous sale falling through, we were pleasantly surprised with Wild & CO’s sales process, negotiating our offer and running the complicated sale with solicitors. 5th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

12th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)As the representative for a small block of flats, I can say that my experience of dealing with Mayfords as a Managing Agent has been refreshingly positive, from the moment Aarti Varma assumed responsibility for managing our block. What has been particularly impressive is the way Aarti has taken the time to want to know about the history of our block and associated issues, making regular on site visits and taking photos, seeking my input and also inviting me to Mayford's office to catch up and update me on block matters - all of which in turn has made it easier to resolve some of our long standing issues. I was also impressed with Aarti's well delivered Powerpoint presentation at the recent AGM, held in nice, off site, office premises. The presentation was well set out, including photographic illustrations, and objectively showed how our Block has evolved over the past year, and the part Mayfords, specifically Aarti, has played in helping tackle and resolve issues. There are some issues which remain a working progress, however with Aarti's strong leadership, I am positive we can reach resolution. On the basis of my own lived experience of dealing with Aarti, I strongly recommend Mayfords as a Managing Agent.

Compared to some local estate agents you can tell that they care about the buyer as well as the vendor. A big thank you to Saoire who was so helpful from start to finish and just all round good energy! Super professional, would highly recommend
5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
