From day one he always kept us informed with updates via email and phone calls. Will also supported us by making sure our voices were always heard and listened to, which was amazing as showed he truly cared about our wants and needs so we always felt confident with him in our corner!

6th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)No rental checks done by Plaza. They teamed up with the tenant to sublet the property for 8 months. Plaza and the tenant made money while the owner was left to pay mortgage, repair costs and the inflated service charge. Never deal with Plaza is my sincere advice.

20th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Have used Glen Hall on a number of occasions over the last dozen years or so. Farooq is very thorough and professional. Only comment on this occasion is, I would have liked to be kept more updated with information on the renters and the timescale.
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

23rd Jun 2023 (1 year ago)I started looking for a place march this year. It has been a rollercoaster and emotionally draining to say the least. My experience with this company is that both Costa and Stella dealt with my anxiety in a kind manner. They tried to accommodate all my requests and I finally signed a contact with them. So far I am happy at the new place and would definitely recommend this agency.
27th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)Ok so they are an estate agency, so automatically it can't be more than 3 stars. Slow to respond, poor communication, taking ages to sort anything... the usual. Moving in was chaotic, we were given no instructions about the property. We received the flat without a working dishwasher, oven, hot water - allegedly, appliances are not checked on move in/ move out... When asking why - no response. Just poor property management. We also still don't know which is our parking space, or what our meter readings are because they can't seem to find the MPRN number. Absolute clown show - but once again, it's an estate agency so you can't have expectations, yet they still dissapoint.

After a long stay now moved out of the property. The release process was smooth, Rak updated every step of the way. Much appreciated.
