I am always impressed by the friendly, professional and cost effective service provided by Nick (senior lettings manager) and Kashif (the owner), as well other Homegain staff.

20th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Tyne at Lanes has been brilliant from the start. Really knowledgeable and helpful on the two viewings I had, really lovely and personable and great to deal with. Very happy with Tyne throughout the process, including post offer acceptance. If I decide down the line to sell a property, I will keep Tyne in mind! The few interactions I had with other members of the team/management were great as well. I've had one or two bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, but would definitely recommend Lanes.

His professionalism and deep understanding of the job have shone through. He has offered invaluable advice on numerous aspects of the project. Although it’s been a significant undertaking and time-consuming, Ciwan’s reliability in seeing things through is great. We’re now approaching the project’s conclusion, and I eagerly anticipate its completion. I do recommend- Ciwan’s work has been of the highest quality! EDIT: There's been significant delays at each revision causing a lot of headache! Deadlines have been missed constantly potentially requiring a reconsultation.

By far the best estate agent we've ever had as tenants! In a city like London, where estate agents often feel impersonal and focused only on money, Rahool and Lyons stand out for their exceptional service. Jo and Helen are incredible at there jobs and have sorted any issues I've ever had immediately. Will be sad to leave them. Cant recommend enough :)

She responded immediately to any questions and fought tirelessly for exchange to take place, in spite of a very difficult chain. I have to say we have been extremely please with the services - the team is fast responding, the rental prices renewal are always negotiated to be right for both the tenants and the landlord and the agency communicates monthly to remind us to pay our rent. Many thanks also to Di and Joanna for delivering on the above.

Waqas went above and beyond to get my house sold. He was efficient in communication and professional in his demeanour throughout the sale. I was constantly updated and all my queries were answered promptly. The process was made flawless, through the provision of care and reassurance rendered by the team. Daniel was also very accommodating, especially during visits to the office. In addition, Waqas was consistent in providing assistance even after the sale of the property and finding my new place of residence. I would highly recommend Maybury Estates to others who desire to sell their home.
