They are honest, very prompt to fixing things, they are very polite especially (Katie). I was with them for over 7 years and never had any regrets. God bless you all. Shalom
7th May 2024 (20 weeks ago)Rude estate agents who turn their noses up at those on dss, my daughter is getting dss due to having a baby and going back to work part time. Ashame really as I've put into the system, my parents have too and to make a person feel dreadful for claiming something not knowing their background is disgraceful, discriminative and dam right rude. Try talking to the council as they advise to rent privately! Do not use this estate agent as they clearly do not understand the current housing issue or care!
19th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Thank you to Debbie Anderson in particular who if it wasn't for you, I don't think our sale would of been possible. She constantly kept everyone in the loop. Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

15th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Only had a positive experience with Hane, everyone I’ve spoke to there about issues at my flat have been super helpful & communicative! People have been quick to reply and quick to sort out when repairs are needing done. Can only recommend!
6th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)WORST AGENT EVER!!! They will scam you with rent increase every year! They are so unprofessional and never reply to emails or calls. I’ve had a rent increase every year for 3 years! >>> Greedy owners for money <<< SAVE YOURSELF FROM N16 ESTATE AGENCY! They will do bribery and black mail you if things don’t go their way. NOTE: I asked for some documents from them and was told that if I pay my rent increase, they will provide me with the documents. What a joke right? Keep yourself stress free and go with another agent :)

Throughout this time I have purchased properties with their support and they support me with my rentals. Phil and Paul have been excellent committed professionals for the duration of the time I have worked alongside them and communication has always been excellent. 16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.

(16 reviews)22nd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.
21st Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)TENANTS BEWARE OF SCAM ...! THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT.. During the process of getting a property to rent from b&k estates.As usual I went to see the property and I like it then paid a holding deposit. Sana or Ana asked me bunch of documents for reference and I provided all of them. I paid my deposit and they still listing the property..! By law they have to use money protection schemes but they DON`T use. When I asked them to refund my deposit back they were quiet. They Haven`t refund my deposit yet. DO NOT RENT PROPERTY FROM THIS AGENT..!

We had the best of times and an amazing personality Kaz who was in charge of the property. All our family and friends who visited always attested to the fact that was the best flat they have ever been to in Enfield Island Village and always inquired about the agents. Our history will never be complete without Kaz, Rachael and the entire Belvoir Crew. These are engraved in our hearts and life long memories of inhabiting one of the loveliest places ever. We can't thank Kaz enough for the wonderful works, caring attitude, thoughtfulness. Words fail me to describe your rare attributes. We're eternally grateful. Omobolanle Ajala
31st Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
16th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)Took a chance on Madison Fox after receiving their direct marketing. Chose them to rent out and manage my rental property. I am a very particular and pendantic customer and more than 6 months in I can say that they have been helpful and diligent and dealt with any concerns and complaints raised by me in a prompt and effective manner. Balinder Kaur in particular has been patient and always presented a 'can do' attitude. She and her team got my property on the market within less than a week and found me tenants and offers days later. The whole process of getting tenants vetted and in the property was really fast and the tenants have been great. Also dealt with licensing for the council when an issue arose. Balinder spent the weekend managing and resolving the issue successfully. Glad I took a chance on them!
