21st May 2021 (3 years ago)I am a landlord that's worked with Reed Rains to manage our property in East London. There has been little need for interactions over the last few years other than the odd visit and collection of rent. However, over the last 6 months, our tenants have unfortunately slipped into arrears of around £10k. Reed Rains has not managed this situation very well, there has been little effort to communicate with the tenants other than rent invoices being sent from an office 200 miles away. It was mentioned three months ago that the tenants might have vacated the property. This was only checked last week with an abandonment notice being placed on the door. Despite repeated requests to be contacted or find out who deals with the property and us as a client nothing has been done. What I have been getting is passive-aggressive emails from the team at credit control taking no responsibility and showing no empathy for the fact we are £10k in arrears with no end in sight and that we could have been better head of the problem. Again there has been no one to speak with to discuss the matter. Our experience of this company and lack of customer service here is shocking, in this case, they certainly have not operated in the best interest and on behalf of the client.

31st Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Rubbish! Worst estate agents I've ever had to deal with! They have properties in Coventry which is weird because they're based in Dagenham, so they try to connect you to someone in Cov, which never happens. Spent 3 days trying to book a viewing, and never heard back from them. This happened last year and I missed on potentially renting a property. It seems to be always the cr*p Estate agents that get the best properties. Wish landlords would do their homework before going head with these incompetent agents, that seem so uncaring not wanting to be there attitude over the phone. If you don't like your job, then get another one then and stop wasting my time!! ????????????

22nd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)They scam people with apartments. They rent out dirty, broken places with promises to fix everything by your move-in day, but it never happens. The staff are complete idiots—unprofessional and lazy—only interested in getting the payment and avoiding any responsibility.

24th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Just completed on a property with John Francis and they were great. Natasha in the Llanelli office, in particular, was excellent. She went above and beyond, showing us a range of houses and rearranging her days to fit all of our requests in. She was always available at the end of the phone or email throughout the purchase process. 29th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)I had 3 estate agents to view, they all gave similar asking price, I chose Tom Pullen the only one to take his shoes off without being asked, but that was not the only reason. I sold on the 2nd day!!!!! I have given him my rating all excellent.

(18 reviews)12th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)My brother had used Reynolds Salter on a previous occasion, so when we were selling our late mother's property under probate, we called David Reynolds to value the property and suggest a marketing plan, along with two other agents. David suggested a guide price valuation, followed by an open day for viewings, as he felt this would generate the best offers; we decided to go with them as sole agent. In the end we had 14 viewings over two open days and 6 offers above the guide price. We accepted the best offer with the shortest chain rather than the top offer, and this meant the sale was completed quickly and easily. I would recommend Reynolds Salter to anyone as highly professional advisors with a keen sense of the state of the market, and their experience in positioning our property was perfect.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
