Their communication was always quick and honest, so refreshing compared to other agencies where you often have to wait weeks to get something fixed. Whenever we had an issue, they addressed it immediately and professionally. Their team is straightforward and trully cares about the tenants. Big recommendation for them, especially for Ali who was there for us at all times.

Charles Bobroff was completely professional and made us feel confident that our imprint was special The team at Litchfields could not have been more helpful.They dealt with all the hiccups that occurred in a very kind and exceptional manner They were always at the end of the phone we needed to clarify any problems that arose They 100 percent understood about living in the suburb and all that the HGS Trust entails Giving us confidence and security A huge thanks to Charles and Jonny for making our transition happen We would highly recommend using Litchfields Esther and Ray Rinkoff

I have rented my property through Taylor Gibbs for 5 years, they were so very professional dealing with the tenant who would only allow very limited viewings or no access at times. Charlotte has been absolutely amazing and the sale completed thanks to her consistent attention to detail and can do attitude. Thank you Taylor Gibbs

16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

From the outset I wanted to ensure they truly understood my property and knew every last detail that only the owner knows and wants shared with buyers. They absolutely delivered on this, communication was excellent throughout and I felt the standard of customer service was very high. I’m sure the buyers also felt the same when they realise that Acorn know the properties well rather than hosting a slightly subdued viewing. Additionally, as Acorn are a local agent they know the Colindale area brilliantly and can highlight all the benefits. Their photography and sales pack was also great, including drone photography. Having originally met the owner Jed, his experience was paramount and expert to ensure every detail of the listing was perfect and reflected what buyers actually look at or ignore. They found a buyer within 4 weeks of it going on the market and held my hand throughout the process, kept the buyer engaged and helped me to chase up solicitors both sides when needed. I’d absolutely recommend them for your property sale, as a bonus their fee is competitive too.
