22nd Aug 2024 (17 days ago)Rented through Austin Chambers for two years, and I can confidently say they are one of the best rental agencies I've ever worked with. Their communication was always quick and honest, so refreshing compared to other agencies where you often have to wait weeks to get something fixed. Whenever we had an issue, they addressed it immediately and professionally. Their team is straightforward and trully cares about the tenants. Big recommendation for them, especially for Ali who was there for us at all times.
6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agency has been extremely disappointing. They proposed a property to us that had significant restrictions, which they failed to disclose. We only discovered these issues six months later through our solicitors. The agency’s customer service is appalling. Every time I called, I was told the manager was on another call and would return my call, which never happened. Their communication is minimal, with infrequent email replies merely stating that matters are being “chased.” We are now more than six months into the process with no clear timeline, no information about potential chains, and no idea what is happening. Avoid this agency at all costs!
9th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)If I could leave 0 stars I would. Agents lied to me when I bought a flat along with the seller. Incredibly disappointed and would never recommend the Finchley team. They were also rude throughout the process. Just the worst really. So many better and more trustworthy agents in the Finchley area, I would not bother with these people.

They have provided updates, offered their expert/professional opinion when necessary, and guided me through the process. I definitely recommend working with TK lettings team.

I have rented my property through Taylor Gibbs for 5 years, they were so very professional dealing with the tenant who would only allow very limited viewings or no access at times. Charlotte has been absolutely amazing and the sale completed thanks to her consistent attention to detail and can do attitude. Thank you Taylor Gibbs

13th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

Throughout the entire process, she was very patient with us, our surveyors, and our builder. She also diligently followed up with all involved parties to ensure that progress was continually being made towards completion. Debbie provided us with useful and relevant contacts, and we very much appreciated her design suggestions for the property! When the time comes to sell, we will be looking forward to working with her again as the sellers.

As our consultant, Evelyn went over and beyond to make sure we could complete the documentation and reference process, as well as answer our questions with warmth, detail and transparency. We’re about to move in our new flat now thanks to that. Very grateful and delightful to have her support!

At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. He was always very nice to us and respectful when he had to conduct viewings: Thanks so much!
16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch
31st Aug 2024 (8 days ago)Unfortunately despite leaving a property that they managed I’ve learnt that they disclosed personal information to third parties to more than one person. I tried making contact with them as a complaint multiple times but they refused to respond. Obviously this is a breach of GDPR and have once again been referred to the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) It was because of me in the first instance they became legally registered with them when I did a legal referral to the ICO after finding out they weren’t registered and didn’t wish to be contrary to the law. 20th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
