21st May 2024 (12 days ago)While I have observed many positive reviews, particularly about the property viewing and acquisition process, which I can affirm were excellent—Rokeah was incredibly helpful and efficient in securing my rented property two years ago—my subsequent experiences have been considerably less satisfactory. During my two-year tenancy, I encountered numerous issues, including leaks, pest infestations, and problems with both the bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately, the agency's response to these issues was consistently delayed. It typically took 3-4 weeks to receive a response to my emails, and even longer for any action to be taken to resolve the problems. Upon checking out of the flat, we, the tenants, had to proactively seek information regarding the exit process, including the return of keys, inspection for damages, and our move-out timeline. This lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary last-minute stress. Additionally, we had to insistently request the return of our deposit. Louise initially informed us that it would take 10 days, but provided no further details. It was only after contacting Rokeah that we were informed about the necessity of filling out the DPS information to receive our deposit back, highlighting a significant communication gap within the team. Lastly, Dillon's work ethic fluctuates from being inconsistent and difficult to reach, to being extremely helpful when he does respond. On the other hand, Louise's behaviour is extremely unprofessional. When confronted about an error in the total deposit amount, her response was rude, defensive and passive-aggressive. Such behavior is unacceptable, particularly when the mistake was on her end. This attitude wasn’t the first instance throughout the second year of our tenancy. Dimensions Estates is equivalent to the self-service checkout of estate agents. I highly do not recommend if you’re looking for a smooth and helpful renting process.

No other agency would give us a lift from one property to another. They had so much patience. Joseph was professional and his experience was top. Even when we had to pull out after an offer has been accepted, didn’t expect such professionalism from their reply. Outstanding service.

31st May 2024 (2 days ago)Alex Crown sold my flat for me and I couldn’t be happier.Nothing was too much trouble for Juelz, Yovin and Rahman who always gave a prompt, polite and personal service. The sale hit a few bumps but they were relentless in their efforts to dot the ‘i’s and cross the’t’s. Rahman seems to work all hours and always kept his promise to ring me to keep me appraised of developments, no matter how late. He was unfailingly enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful and I would not hesitate to recommend using Alex Crown to anyone wishing to sell in the Holloway Road area.

11th May 2024 (22 days ago)Neron Vivian from Hunters Preston Road branch Booked us for viewing at 1pm on Saturday 11/5/24 for Ravenscroft Wembley London. Sent us the email confirmation a day before. We have been in contact via ph twice prior and confirms viewing verbally. We live in northampton and Reached there at 12:58pm for viewing but agent failed to attend. Didn’t bother contacting us via phone or email. We tried calling them. No one pickup at agency and their voicemail was full to receive any voice msg. We went to their Preston Road branch at 1:50pm on the same day to chase up but no one was in. Google timing for Saturday are 9:30am-4:30pm What a waste of time. Ruined our day. We could have enjoyed the weather by doing something fun with kids Poor service. cudnt leave a 0 star.
