3rd Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)I would whole heartedly like to thank all of the amazing people at Bracewells for all of their support, kindness and help during this time. From my initial contact with Nicola, to the viewing with Richard and then sorting out the final details. I can honestly say that this team are absolutely fantastic and quite frankly made an extremely stressful time a lot less stressful. Sadly after 2 years with them we are moving out of London and i would like to say Thank you for all your help and support! I highly recommend Bracewells because they really do care!
16th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Brian and Thomas are the best local letting agents Chris and John are wonderful experienced caring and they both have time to talk and discuss in detail with practice and good caring advice They have been letting out my flat since 2011 they always manage to get good professional people that pay their rent before the actual day that is due My flat has never been empty not for a day when the contract is finished one tenant leaves in the morning and the new ones Move in the afternoon my flat has never been empty since 2011 and with all reliable tenants Any repairs needed Chris and John arranged to be done and very cheap as they have their own regular Repairs I will highly recommend Brian and Thomas estate agent in Green Lanes

He got exchange and completion within 3months of initial viewing, and found us a really great genuine buyer. 13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Nick and Alan have been so helpful to help my wife and I find our new flat tenancy. They have been open and honest from the beginning about the property, and the property has had the necessary work done on it with no issues at all. It has been a real pleasure working with them, and looking at some of the good reviews here, I know I’m not alone in saying that their service is personal and while they’re a small business, they run a very good ship.
21st Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)If there was a below 0 star review, it would be the most appropriate. If you are a tenant AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Since we viewed the property, there were multiple potential tenants, and obviously it was meant to put a lot of pressure. After an hour we put down our deposit for the property, and only later we found out the James had taken more than one deposit from the other interested people. During the years we rented the property we had to live with a mouldy wall for over 6 months in the main room of the 34mq flat. At the time of final check of the state of the flat and inventory, since we were moving abroad, we offered to leave items we had bought for the property to enhance it. Such as outdoor tiles made with wood decking and fake grass so the terrace could be used instead of the bitumen surface. James was very happy for us to leave this, and confirmed the flat was in optimal state and nothing to note that would have impacted our deposit from being deducted for damage. Only after we left the UK, and therefore could not discuss and see in person the complaints, he and the landlord started sending very aggressive and unfounded emails, which were in complete opposition to our final in person flat inspection with James. So they have managed to take almost all of our deposit charging us for things such as the removal and disposal of the terrace tiles (AFTER JAMES TOLD US TO LEAVE THEM AS A GIFT FOR THE NEXT TENANTS), defrosting the freezer (which we had done as james saw with his eyes) and many more incorrect claims. On top of all of this for the last two weeks we were paying rent even if we had left, we had been told we could not have friends staying, I will say with much probability that James Nissen and the landlord will have taken the new tenants rent for those weeks and started the contract. I have been renting properties for over 12 years, and have known many agencies, never has my deposit been affected and had issues with any of them. In conclusion I will highly recommend to NOT USE ANY OF NISSEN ESTATES SERVICES, as throughout our experience they have shown unprofessionalism and illicit practices, saying one thing in person with a fake smile and then acting to get the most money and convenience out of you. Absolutely AWFUL.

They are very helpful with recommendations for service providers. Help us with suggestions for movers, cleaners, gardeners etc. Have a request and they are happy to help. Especially Kira, she is so lovely and helpful. Love their service and will always use them.

Throughout the years, they've consistently been responsive, helpful, and professional. The manager, Katrin, deserves special mention—she always replies promptly and goes above and beyond to address any concerns or questions I have. It's rare to find such dedication and excellent customer service in this industry. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch estate management.

Susan has been nothing but helpful, with regular updates and a willingness to go the extra mile for us with all our enquires and queries! It's our first time renting here in London but at our viewing, Susan gave us so much advice that her friendliness warmed us right into the city! I cannot recommend her and Keats enough, I sincerely believe you will be in safe hands with these guys!

27th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
