The team works very quickly to enable agreements to go through in time. The follow-up care is also excellent with Lewis attending to an urgent issue we had at the property straight away. I wholeheartedly recommend Greenstone Estates for their dedication and professionalism.
23rd Aug 2024 (27 days ago)We have recently moved over to Heathgate from our previous managing agents and have been hugely impressed by them thus far (even in these early days). Shabz and Monika have responded promptly and efficiently to all our concerns and requests and has managed to remediate issues within weeks that the previous agents couldn't complete in years. He has also managed to reduce our budget whilst at the same time increasing quality of service. Thank you to Shabz and the rest of the Block Management Dept and keep up the great work.
15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our family home in Deansway N2,after 39 very happy years We decided to choose Litchfields after other suburb agents came to value our house and didn’t make us feel at all comfortable We had a large 5 bed house and filled it with love and a unique style. Charles Bobroff was completely professional and made us feel confident that our imprint was special The team at Litchfields could not have been more helpful.They dealt with all the hiccups that occurred in a very kind and exceptional manner They were always at the end of the phone we needed to clarify any problems that arose They 100 percent understood about living in the suburb and all that the HGS Trust entails Giving us confidence and security A huge thanks to Charles and Jonny for making our transition happen We would highly recommend using Litchfields Esther and Ray Rinkoff
1st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)My experience with Phillips Shaw was great. Although we never rented a property from them, we were very close to doing so until we found a better property elsewhere that was more suitable for our needs. Andra and Shyam are very coordinated and polite, taking matters very professionally. Even though we started the referencing process and had to cancel near our start date, they were happy to refund half the money as a goodwill gesture. Andra was one of the only estate agents who took our request seriously and listened to our current family situation, finding a very suitable home, although we ultimately found a better match elsewhere. She was also extremely polite and I have not seen better service from an agent anywhere else. The attention to detail was unexpected and they know their stuff very well! Regardless, the service was amicable, and any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. They are very truthful people. Therefore, I highly recommend them. They’re also very easygoing, and you can ask for special requests which they will be happy to cater to. Although I don’t rent from them, I recommend them for anyone to use. Sorry about not going through with the rental agreement however I am confident you guys will find suitable tenants quickly seeing you guys are great at what you do. They work fast! Regards, Asch

14th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

They are very competent, trustworthy, accurate, involved, short lines. They don't run away when there is something that needs to be discussed, they keep communicating and find a good way to solve it. In that, they are respectful and kind. All the people of Rose & Co Estates work good and well together. When we -again- are going to rent or buy, we are going back to Rose & Co Estates because we simply just trust them, all the way.
