20th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)I couldn’t recommend Oliver Burn enough. They made the process of finding a property and moving in easy and stress-free. Our agent, Maurice, is extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any concerns - especially when I got locked out and had to pick up the spare key. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in the area.

30th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)client by default through renting a flat 3 years ago in gledhow gardens. specifically Mara Gonclaves is an absolute plank. I have never had to deal with someone who is simultaneously so thick and also so pompous. her ability is zero and her rudeness is 100. bring on the AI revolution for simple tasks like estate agencies so we dont have to deal with this dross.

18th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

11th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)such poor and deceptive behaviour by this company. We provided work over a long period of time and were not paid for our services. Had to write off thousands. Their partner office were ok but then syubsequently did the same thing. As a small business this is so crippling when agents treat suppliers so badly. We’ve had to chase and chase to get some payments made and still this year writing more money off as I've given up. Thanks Muniza.
7th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)I came from work and some horrendous retired cleaner made up story I pushed her. Together with agents they behave and work like some Brazilian tribe.And than some mentally enslaved on spectrum flatmate want to throw away my post.
2nd May 2024 (20 weeks ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I didn’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !
26th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)Absolute garbage, avoid at all cost. Signed up for full management of our flat: bad communication, rent late quite often (blamed tenants), had to chase Michael all the time... Lied when we caught them renting to a different tenant (without notifying us), failed to notify tenants that we wanted to terminate the contract, stopped replying to all communication after that and carry on taking the rent. Reported to PRS but didn't do much even after winning our claim. Situation today: 6 months without rent, no ideas who lives in our flat, no communication.. lawyers on the case, waiting for court day trying to get our flat back..

She was super responsive via email and call when we were enquiring about the property, 100% at hand for answering queries and providing updates during referencing and ensured the process was completed as smoothly and quickly as possible. 15th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)I wanted to bring to all Landlords attention, that Smart Move Estate Agent has got a criminal records. Smart Move Estate Argent unfair withheld all of the deposit money and refused to co-operate with me and my solicitor. They failed to return all the calls made by my solicitor and myself and ignored all our letters. Tenant was evicted out of my property and it was in a state of some considerable damaged upon the tenancy coming to an end and I had to spend in excess of £2,000 in remedying the problems. I have taking Smart Move Estate Agent to small claim court and I have won the whole of the deposit money. Also I have provided ample notice of my desire to dispose of Smart Move Estate Agent services and yet despite this they have continued to charge me, in my view without justification. I have issued the tenant with a section 21 notice, giving them at least two months notice to leave, but the tenant ignored the notices. I have also gave Smart Move Estate Agent two months notice that I did not required their service any more and I will manage my tenant until they will be evicted out, Smart Move Estate Agent have ignored all my letters and continued to make charge. I have clearly put them on notice that I no longer want the company to represent me concerning the collection of the rent etc as to my property. I find them reluctance to accept this disappointing and clearly in breach of the recent remarks of the Court of Appeal in the Foxtons Case. I was seeking a refund from them as to commission paid and subsequent to notice terminating they retainer. I have also took Smart Move Estate Agent to small claim court and unfortunately I have lost the court hearing, because I did not had the evidence showing that the tenant paid Smart Move Estate Agent rent money. Tenant told me that they have paid the rent money to the Smart Move Estate Agent, but tenant refused to provide me the evidence and this is way Smart Move Estate Agent has got the criminal record. Smart owning showed the judge 12 months transactions and lied to the judge and said that they have accept the terminating from me, they never showed the other transactions. Also Smart Move Estate Agent carried out repairs without letting me know first, and charged me when the item was one year guarantee, Smart Move Estate Agent sent me two invoices, the first one they sent to me was a washing machine invoice and then they changed they mind when I said the washing machine had a one year guarantee and then they said it was a fridge freeze, I also said to them that was also one year guarantee. They refused to give me the receipt; it showed that they have not repaired anything. At the court hearing they had a made up receipt, which was too late. I have also taken them to small claim court and I have won. That why I want to tell you my story to all the Landlord out there to beware of Smart Move Estate Agent Residential Sales & Lettings 16b The Concourse, Edmonton Green, London, N9 0TY. I find them rude and when they wrote a letter to my solicitor the letters were all mis-spelled, and they wanted to charge me ever letter they wrote to my solicitor.
4th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
27th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
