3rd Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)The Abatoria Team have been first class in organising my move onto my recent rental property in Wapping. Everything has been super pro-active from the initial viewing, contract signing through to the final move. They were brilliant liaising with the owner and organising the purchase and installation of al the furniture I requested prior to the move. On arrival all furniture was constructed and in place, all the amenities including internet were fully functional. The couple of small snags I had were dealt with immediately. Having rented many properties in several countries and being a landlord myself I cannot recommend Abatoria enough they are brilliant !

Victoria's expert knowledge of the area really impressed us when we were first selecting agents. Once on the market they got a large number of people through the door in a short space of time which quickly led to offers. Extremely professional estate agents.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

Whenever we had any issue with the property, pilgrims were so efficient at getting it sorted for us whilst being so friendly at the same time. Highly recommended them to anybody looking for properties in the west byfleet area.

Just to mention a few: - moved in a brand new building, the door lock broke once, they advised me to go to an hotel for the night while waiting for the next day. Then they refused to pay for the room they told me they will pay and stopped replying to my emails, very unprofessional - lots of things weren’t working in my flat when J moved in and they didn’t help at all. I had to deal with everything - didn’t even get a proper check out document Definitely don’t recommend it

12th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)As the representative for a small block of flats, I can say that my experience of dealing with Mayfords as a Managing Agent has been refreshingly positive, from the moment Aarti Varma assumed responsibility for managing our block. What has been particularly impressive is the way Aarti has taken the time to want to know about the history of our block and associated issues, making regular on site visits and taking photos, seeking my input and also inviting me to Mayford's office to catch up and update me on block matters - all of which in turn has made it easier to resolve some of our long standing issues. I was also impressed with Aarti's well delivered Powerpoint presentation at the recent AGM, held in nice, off site, office premises. The presentation was well set out, including photographic illustrations, and objectively showed how our Block has evolved over the past year, and the part Mayfords, specifically Aarti, has played in helping tackle and resolve issues. There are some issues which remain a working progress, however with Aarti's strong leadership, I am positive we can reach resolution. On the basis of my own lived experience of dealing with Aarti, I strongly recommend Mayfords as a Managing Agent.

4th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)Awful experience with Hunters - so much so that I feel compelled to write a review, something I never do! They failed to advertise a property as for cash buyers only, and let me arrange a viewing despite knowing I needed a mortgage. Obviously then realising their mistake on the day of the viewing, I received an automated cancellation email an hour before the viewing - at this point I had already left and didn’t see the email. Nobody attempted to call or text me, which is how the viewing was arranged. I was then left stood outside the property in the rain for 20 minutes while the agent ignored my calls, only to then receive a text message admitting their error. All in all 3 hours of my evening wasted! Zero respect or care for potential buyers.
