11th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !
7th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)My husband and I have been with Ellis & Co. since 2000, first as tenants and then as landlord, therefore we have experienced both sides. From the outset, the team headed by Richard initially and then Nadia was outstanding, especially when my husband took up an appointment overseas. They took care of gas certificates, issues when appliances were broken, dealing with Enfield Council, etc. Since my husband has passed Fathum is most helpful, professional and polite. I cannot thank the team at Ellis & Co., Enfield enough.

They helped me to buy, let out and sell my property in Finchley and throughout they were extremely helpful, and 100% reliable. I felt I could trust them to give me an honest response to any query I had, and I felt well supported as a landlord as well as a seller. Highly recommend this team... if only there were more out there like them!

My first experience with this particular estate agent and I'm so glad to say that I'm thrilled they showed their colours before I even rented a property from them. I booked a viewing through their website on a property they have advertised where the tenant would be out 'in June'. No mention of June 2025, just June, so anyone would assume June this year. Why would an estate agent communicate that so badly? I got a call back on Monday to confirm my viewing and the man I spoke to confirmed my 6:30pm viewing on Tuesday 13th August. He called me, so he had my details. I turned up at the property 45 mins early to scout the area, and thought I would give the estate agents a call to make sure someone would be meeting us there as no one had sent an email or any means of confirmation about this evening. I'm so glad I did because it really sealed the deal for me! No one provides their names when they answer the phone by the way, they just expect you to know who you spoke to. He was so impatient and rude in telling me I have it wrong because my details don't exist on their system, and there is no viewing arranged for tonight. Really? Is everyone at that branch incompetent? Why did one member of staff confirm and answer my questions on Monday morning and another tell me on Tuesday, there's no record of me on their system? YOU RANG ME ON MONDAY FROM THE DETAILS I PROVIDED ON YOUR WEBSITE. To the rude, insulting man I spoke to tonight, please don't feel you are the only property I am viewing. I'm viewing many.. I just want to say thank you because I will never go near Addison Townsend again, nor recommend them. I hope your company provide you with basic telephone skills so you can in future, conduct yourself in a more professional manner. But thank you, you saved me from what could have been a total nightmare for £2,000 per month. Keep it.

My experience with this company is that both Costa and Stella dealt with my anxiety in a kind manner. They tried to accommodate all my requests and I finally signed a contact with them. So far I am happy at the new place and would definitely recommend this agency.

From the moment my family walked in, we were struck by how modern, clean, and beautifully decorated the place was. The open-plan living area is spacious, with large windows offering stunning views of the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it easy to cook up a meal. We were also pleasantly surprised to have an all-in-one washer/ dryer for our laundry. The 3 bedrooms are a haven of comfort, with a plush bed and high-quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. We also loved the bathrooms, which feature modern showers and all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail throughout the flat is truly impressive, from the tasteful artwork to the thoughtful binder offering food and entertainment recommendations. Location-wise, this flat couldn't be better placed. It's nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

Susan has been nothing but helpful, with regular updates and a willingness to go the extra mile for us with all our enquires and queries! It's our first time renting here in London but at our viewing, Susan gave us so much advice that her friendliness warmed us right into the city! I cannot recommend her and Keats enough, I sincerely believe you will be in safe hands with these guys!

13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
