I had really negative experiences with other estate agents until Matthew changed that. He has been extremely honest and great to deal with. Matthew does exactly what he says he will do and in the timeframe he has explained, extremely efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Matthew!
8th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)I was rented a place glad just for a year from them.i was signed contract with Mark , at beginning of signed contract I was charged extra cost for transferring money (£30 which should be mentioned at beginning) other wise I will be given them cash. At beginning me and my husband told that we looking for property to be managed by agency not by landlord. After when we move to the property I raised few issues which need to solved , andnothing happened. I've been left to deal with landlord by myself. As they don't deal with property. So they just trick me to signed the contract. At the end of my tenancy, I received a email from landlord regarding extra things which they was not included in my tenancy so I contract with agency. Mark was aware that landlord request my to do professional carpet cleaning at the end , so I ask him if he can show to me a paragraph from tenancy . He replied to me by email that I can do carpet steaming which is same things. So I decided to see him face to face at the branch. I got that feeling straight away that I'm not welcome , completely avoid the answer to my question, when another estate agent pop in to the branch simply he made me to leave. Just avoid this company , like other says in them reviews. I would give them - 5.

Quick responses and actions, really putting the client first. Christine was so professional and helpful and I am really thankful for all of her, and the MW teams, efforts in making our move stress free and with pace. Thankyou MW team, you really are head and shoulders above the rest!

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. 30th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

We had the best of times and an amazing personality Kaz who was in charge of the property. All our family and friends who visited always attested to the fact that was the best flat they have ever been to in Enfield Island Village and always inquired about the agents. Our history will never be complete without Kaz, Rachael and the entire Belvoir Crew. These are engraved in our hearts and life long memories of inhabiting one of the loveliest places ever.
