It sold within two weeks of marketing and has now exchanged. It’s a leasehold property which as I know can take a lot longer than freehold but from start to finish it was 9 weeks. Special thanks to Aaron and also Julie the Sales Progressor who I’m sure I chased a lot in the past two weeks and she was patient and professional. Thank you everyone and I have one happy cousin. The agents are uninformed even about the basic details about the flat like the area measurements. We had a very unpleasant experience with them recently and would not suggest going for this viewing company.

They have been super helpful and supportive especially since there were timing issues with a vendor who'd moved overseas to a completely different time zone! Thanks Andrea and team - great work!
8th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not included on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

Within a few hours he’d talked us through putting an offer in and presenting ourselves in the best way possible to secure the flat. Within days we had signed the contract. Sami was personable, friendly, reliable, and always contactable for us. We are now settling into our new place and couldn’t be more thrilled! Thanks team

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 15th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling agency to deal with. A pure lack of transparency and a deviation from the terms and conditions associated with the holding deposit process. All my attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with silence from agency. Then at the end they tell me that they won’t return my holding deposit because I failed referencing, although they called me stating that the landlord rejected the proposal. I have escalated this to the PRS and will keep escalating and talking against this untrustworthy agency. Be careful of dealing with them!

Her black book of related professionals was exceptional and we ended up using the VERY best lawyer and surveyor which was invaluable at keeping stress levels on the low side.

3rd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Rubbish for sales. Called for a viewing which got cancelled and rescheduled twice. This took so long that when the day of the viewing arrived, the property already got an offer and they cancelled the viewing 2h before it was supposed to happen. All the employees seem very young and not experienced in sales.
