Especially big shout out to Lincoln who was always available to chat even though my partner and I work long hours so usually we would be corresponding late into the evening. Could not recommend more.
24th Nov 2023 (9 mo. ago)Bradley Cooper, the branch manager, was incredible. He booked viewings for me back to back so he spent a few hours with us for a day visiting the houses in the area. He was honest, insightful, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Can't rate him high enough.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

17th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)When we first enlisted Paul from Norton and Rickett to help sell our bungalow, it had already been listed with another agent for a year without any progress. Paul promptly set to work and suggested a new strategy. He arranged for a professional photographer to revamp the property's visual presentation. We visited their office and met Nick, who, along with Paul, spearheaded the sale of our bungalow. I soon noticed that the fresh perspectives from both Nick and Paul were attracting potential buyers to our property. Eventually, we found the ideal buyer. Unlike many estate agents who typically hand over the process to solicitors, Nick and Paul actively collaborated with Joan and me to finalize the deal. Throughout the process, Nick maintained communication with both us and the buyer to ensure everything moved smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough; they are truly professional individuals. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well.
