12th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)Overall quite good and I would recommend. Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark. As mentioned very good price and overall quite good company to sell your house with.
27th Nov 2023 (9 mo. ago)Interest rates rose shortly after initial valuation so reductions were necessary but disappointing. Advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla etc is standard so nothing special.
