6th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)Extremely efficient, professional and friendly team. My sister and I spent 2 years under their tenancy and it was the first time to never have an issue with an agency. Every time there was a fault at home they were very fast in solving the problem, always available and responsive. We had a great experience working with Daker Estates and we strongly recommend it!

23rd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.
12th Aug 2020 (4 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

11th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our property purchase experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We initially were made to believe we were entering a straightforward quick purchase transaction with no chain involved. They also asked us to pay them commission to get our offer accepted by the seller, which is extremely cheap and unprofessional..! Shortly before exchange, the seller unexpectedly added complications by bringing in multiple delays and suddenly creating a chain. This caused considerable disruption and uncertainty for us... For well over 3 months. During the process, we felt pressured to complete the purchase and accommodate the seller's unconventional requests, including a leaseback arrangement with an open timeline for his move-out. We were also concerned about veiled threats related to our mortgage. We believe these actions were motivated by factors beyond standard business practices. We are particularly troubled by the estate agent's involvement in suggesting such an unusual rental arrangement, especially considering the seller's previous false accusations against us with the police and seller's own family supporting us with complete respect and being apologetic for the seller's untrue behaviours. We trust that our experience will open the eyes of people to make optimal decisions in their property matters.
1st Jul 2021 (3 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

1st May 2024 (20 weeks ago)Only gave 1 star because I'm not able to give 0 stars. Worst estate agent I have ever encountered in my 11 years of being an accredited estate agent myself, a landlord and a tenant. Worst customer service and they actually have no real knowledge about the property sector or how to deal with consumers. Landlords and tenants please avoid these lot at all costs!! If you are thinking to go with them please contact me so I can give you a run down of what you can expect from them!

I am a property investor, running this as a family business and i came across these guys to enquire about a property. She booked me a viewing at 11.30 the next day, i came at 11.20 and she came at 12:00. Then she informs me to freely have a look around the property which i did do, i took some pictures and so did she. I told her that i have a client that is willing to take it off her hands and she sounded interested. After the viewing I texted her an update an hour later saying lets arrange a call for 5 and she said ok, i called her at 5, no answer and bare in mind i called several times. The next day i texted her saying to call me when you are free and she said shortly afterwards that she would call in 30min...... it's now been 3 weeks and no response. If you would like to waste your time then Adan estates has got you covered in all aspects. If you are planning to do R2R,BRR or just rent a property from these guys, start by getting cement and bricks then build a wall and see how fast they respond. 31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

After four months of waiting, the salesman failed to inform us that the sale wasn't proceeding. The salesman didn't bothrt to inquire about our preferences or inform us that the buyer had withdrawn. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service.
