20th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)I would not recommend this agency either. Very unprofessional. Very late in replying to the emails or replying after you send them a few reminders. We rented a property with them and when we decided 1 year and a half later to move out, Ricky was nowhere to be found to help out with the check out process and the deposit procedure. We had to contact the landlord personally to complain about the real estate agency and to actually take some action.

2nd Aug 2021 (3 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.

17th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)My estate agent was very efficient with responding to emails and would regularly call to give updates when he liased with solicitors. He also had extensive knowledge of the local area.
23rd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

25th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Worst estate I have ever dealt with, a bunch of thieves. Don't worth to get in, just avoid. If you meet Malik Alfaiaz, Dounia or Adam Arkus on any other estate like Parkes Estate, just turn away. They are same thieves from swt properties.

6th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Most bizarre agency I have come across. Books me for a viewing and does not show up nor picks up my calls. I had to wait in the rain and cold for half an hour. At least have the decency to give an update.
13th Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
