I received several valuation visits but felt most at ease with Liz so put my trust in her and her team. Saxton Mee, and in particular Jill and Liz, have provided a very good service throughout. They found me a buyer within 2 weeks and the sale has now been achieved. Would recommend.

Alberta assisted me with finding a rental house and addressed all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Her professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lime Living.
15th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Bought a house at Thurcroft and honestly can’t thank 1stfield properties enough for all the hard work and dedication they’ve taken to get us moved in before Christmas, all staff are lovely and so responsive, received the keys to my first house today and I’m over the moon, Thankyou so so much. Had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.
26th Jun 2024 (12 weeks ago)So disappointing. Started off well, then they lost staff, no contact for weeks. Couldn't get through on the phone. New starter - great promise only to be waiting weeks for any update or response to emails. They told me they were going to take steps to find a buyer and 2 weeks later told me they had employed someone else who would be taking the steps they promised to carry out 2 weeks before. No update since that of course and no response to my emails. Don't bother trying to call as you won't get through. I tried three times a day for 2 weeks, never got through and eventually gave up calling. Property initially sold quickly, buyer pulled out due to boiler issues - but I'd provided service record and evidence of minor fix needed, can't prove it of course but doubt the full information was sent across to the buyer - provided all the information and instructions to send to the buyer asap only to be asked a few days later if they were allowed to send it across. It then took them over a week to confirm the buyer had pulled out after I contacted them when the buyer's lawyer advised my lawyer after they chased for progress due to lack of response. Absolutely no movement or viewings in over 3 months but then I've only managed to speak to them once on the phone so I can only assume people wanting to book viewings are not able to get through either. Absolutely abysmal. Seem to spend all their time upselling and onboarding new properties rather than actually selling the properties they have. I'm speaking to other agents and will be getting my notice to finish my contract with them as soon as I am able. Be warned they will include a self-awarded bonus within their contracts and tie you to an initial period of 5 months advertising with them.

19th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Moved from another estate agents to archers after my house hadn’t sold for several months whilst tenanted. Archers were excellent at re marketing and getting new people through the door. They took the stress away and ultimately got a sale.
29th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Dedicated, experienced and friendly staff. They have been very active in arranging viewings, getting interest from potential buyers quickly, selecting the best buyers and chasing through on the sale. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone wishing to sell a home.
31st Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Just over a year ago we moved my mother in law into an assisted living apartment. Northwoods handled the sale of her house, her home of 52 years and were the agents for the apartment. Understandably my mother in law was very anxious and worried about the move. But right from the very first meeting, Cheryl put my mother in law at ease and was so kind and loving to her. Sadly move forward a year and my mother in law passed away and it was up to Cheryl and her team to sell the apartment. Again understandably my wife was so upset but Cheryl showed the same compassion to her as she did my mother in law. In fact the whole team have been so lovely and of course so professional. They kept us up to date at every turn and made the whole process so smooth. You get a lovely feeling when you go into the office and it’s matched by their professionalism. Thank you to the whole team at Northwoods.

1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.
2nd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

We had four agents come round, but only one stood out from the rest. That one was Oz Billings from EweMove. The other three agents seemed to have a set script almost robotised, also inflexible with their viewing times. We decided to go with EweMove in Anston. We felt instantly at ease with their representative Oz Billings. He gave us confidence with his knowledge and friendly manner. During the sales process, he was always on the ball, constantly giving us updates on how the process was going, day or night! Oz came up trumps on a professional but personal and friendly level. He is a credit to EweMove. Our sale went through although there were problems with our buyers' solicitors. Oz was even instrumental in helping to sort that out too. If you are going to sell your home in the Anston area, seriously consider using EweMove , and insist on the BRILLIANT Oz Billings! Huge Thanks & Hugs from Carol & Marie.

18th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
1st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Highly recommend the team at JPM. Rosie and Sophie have been fantastic at every step of buying my house. They have been flexible around viewings and helped me to secure a mortgage through their recommended broker. They have kept me up to date, chasing solicitors on both sides whilst being professional, friendly, and refreshingly honest throughout. After having a pretty dire experience with another estate agents I was so relieved to find JPM. They honestly took so much stress out of buying a house. 100% would use them again and highly recommend the team. Thank you JPM.
5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
