The property was formerly advertised on Wednesday pm and by the following Monday they had done about 7 viewings that resulted in 3 firm bids. These were all above the guide price and the best one was agreed. The guide price was in line with other estate agents so was not pitched low to get a quick sale

However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
