28th Feb 2020 (4 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 29th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)I rented a property from Alan Goldin for two years and during my tenancy I was consistently impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the team there, in particular Tim who managed my particular property. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and appropriately, and they have continued their excellent standards even after my tenancy's end when I have needed things like a landlords' reference. I couldn't recommend them enough.

23rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

13th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)444 helped us with our first home in London ( Startford). We lived in that house for 2 years. Move in and move out process was very smooth. Any issues reported were fixed very promptly. Kaizer and Maryam are very professional and approachable. Highly recommend 444 services to tenants and landlords.- 13th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We completed on our first house with HS Estate Agents in September, from our first viewing they were so helpful and responsive even with the delays in purchase due to Covid. Andy and Molly helped us navigate the process of buying for the first time and were professional, friendly and helpful throughout. We couldn't recommend HS Estates anymore, thank you for helping us find our beautiful home!

21st May 2024 (17 weeks ago)Michael Stevens has been my landlord for the last 3 and half years. I can honestly say they have been the best, friendliest and positive estate agents I've dealt with. Jo and Helen are incredible at there jobs and have sorted any issues I've ever had immediately. Will be sad to leave them. Cant recommend enough :)

21st Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Beware of False Advertisement! This agency do not think or care about us tenants whatsoever,We have letted 2 houses from them so far, on the last house we agreed that it would be unfurnished and have working fridge and washing machine.None of that was true.Both houses we agreed to the agency managing however the landlords seem to take management and the agency do not do anything at all. We have left both houses now and they do not help recover your deposit at all even though when returning the keys there was no problems.They give up managing but speak on the landlords side.The first property, we trusted the agents about the landlord but he kept the whole deposit and is refusing contact when we disputed (No details of reductions).Last Property, similar thing happened, False advertising (Landlord took half the garden he shows and house is not in the state shown) and horrible health and safety conditions for me and my children.He also lives in your loft with access to your home).Landlord took management and and kept majority of the deposit as rent arrears as we left the property on the date of the contract expiration.Mind you we paid for all of the property repairs and the landlord gave us 3 weeks notice(from expiration)for rent increase,not allowing us to give our 1 month notice(His claim for deduction).We left on the 13th of August and the landlord is deducting £1400 deposit for his mistake as 19 days rent.Not even including refunding us for all the emergency repairs.He also sent part of the deposit without allowing us to dispute. Suddenly the agency are again mediating despite 'giving up' management. The first property was 7 Buford Close The last property is 167 Redbridge Lane East.

16th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)After a bad experience trying to sell our flat through one of the big estate agency chains, Story of Home was recommended to us by a friend. Our experience couldn’t have been more different; Stuart actually cared about our sale and knew the market and the business inside out. He was there at every step of the way through a fairly complicated sale. He gave excellent advice on everything, was quick to respond to any questions and was there for us whenever needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Story of Home, to anyone.
2nd Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)This is an estate agent on another level. Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.

14th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Put a property on the market/rightmove. Doesn't reply requests of viewing. I called them and they told me there was an open house the week before. I inquired twice before the open viewing date. I understand some properties are hot but if you can't handle the volume of inquiries then don't take on the sale! It's also possible they use this to gather personal information on people looking to buy. Will avoid at all costs.
