1st Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I am moving to my new home tomorrow. Thanks to Gill and Sophie who made it happens. Their services have been professional and refreshing from those estate agents who left bitter taste in me. Genuine and pragmatic people, happy to assist and provided professional direction throughout the viewing and referencing stages. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or rent in the area they serve and you would find a friendly and professional services that is quite hardly found in today’s estate agenting. 1st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have had the pleasure of working with Elliott Davis Properties for many years, and I must say they are the best in the business when it comes to honesty and integrity. They are always a cut above the rest. I’m not the type of person who relies solely on reviews, but if you want to judge a business, I encourage you to come in, have a chat, and make your own decision. If you feel the deal or the agent isn’t right for you, that’s completely fine—but don’t let any review stop you from having a conversation. I’ve been doing business with Elliott Davis and their associates since 2012, and not once have I had any issues. I highly recommend them.

31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rubbish! Worst estate agents I've ever had to deal with! They have properties in Coventry which is weird because they're based in Dagenham, so they try to connect you to someone in Cov, which never happens. Spent 3 days trying to book a viewing, and never heard back from them. This happened last year and I missed on potentially renting a property. It seems to be always the cr*p Estate agents that get the best properties. Wish landlords would do their homework before going head with these incompetent agents, that seem so uncaring not wanting to be there attitude over the phone. If you don't like your job, then get another one then and stop wasting my time!! ????????????
21st Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)TENANTS BEWARE OF SCAM ...! THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT.. During the process of getting a property to rent from b&k estates.As usual I went to see the property and I like it then paid a holding deposit. Sana or Ana asked me bunch of documents for reference and I provided all of them. I paid my deposit and they still listing the property..! By law they have to use money protection schemes but they DON`T use. When I asked them to refund my deposit back they were quiet. They Haven`t refund my deposit yet. DO NOT RENT PROPERTY FROM THIS AGENT..!

From the get-go she was honest and candid, relaying queries efficiently between myself and the seller, helping me all the way to completion. She’s an amazing character to boot and is a great laugh, thank you Jacqui!

Whitton & Laing appointed Mr. Martyn Burnett, MRICS, to conduct the survey. Martyn was professionalism personified and despite difficult circumstances between his clients (us) managed to navigate the situation impeccably. He has produced a thorough and comprehensive review whilst maintaining balance and consideration for all parties. He is a credit to Whitton & Laing and we are very grateful to have had his services.
15th Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)I usually don't write reviews, but Knights & Co definitely deserve it! I've rented a property with one of their agents back in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. Since the beginning, Hansa was super comprehensive with all my questions and concerns, from the tenancy agreement and length to a bed that broke afterwards and she managed to sort it on the same day. She promptly assisted me through the renting process, doing everything in her power to make my tenancy as pleasant as possible. If I had any sort of concern or problems with the property, I could literally just pick up the phone and give her a call no matter what day or time it was, and she would sort it out within minutes. Even when they're busy, they still give you the attention you need, and assist you in the best way they can. I am happy to say I was able have the experience to be a tenant with them, and I wish I could always be assisted by them as my Estate Agency. This is honestly the best estate agency I've ever dealt with in nearly 10 years of renting, and I couldn't recommend them more! Big thanks to Hansa and a solid 5 stars!
1st Sep 2021 (3 years ago)I have had the great experience of renting from this Estate agent if I was able to give them more stars I will. They do listen to their tenants, extremely professional, wants to have a great relationship between landlord and tenant. Brenden is amazing, Humza is also great and their CEO (lady) is extremely helpful. I'm so happy that I have chosen this company to rent from. My property was clean upon arrival and anything that needs doing are minor problems ie a screw needs to be screwed in. As a tenant now I can only say my experience has been amazing.

13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

15th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)I want to take this opportunity to express profound gratitude to Estate Manager Waqas, and his team at Maybury Estate Agents, for their outstanding service. Waqas went above and beyond to get my house sold. He was efficient in communication and professional in his demeanour throughout the sale. I was constantly updated and all my queries were answered promptly. The process was made flawless, through the provision of care and reassurance rendered by the team. Daniel was also very accommodating, especially during visits to the office. In addition, Waqas was consistent in providing assistance even after the sale of the property and finding my new place of residence. I would highly recommend Maybury Estates to others who desire to sell their home.
20th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….
