Natasha Dixon done my initial introduction explaining how their process works, there were NO hidden agendas, she was clear about everything and I felt soo comfortable and at ease with her. Danni Thorpe and Romael Taylor dealt with all my viewings, enquiries and the sale of my property and they were a pleasure to work with. I was going through a divorce at the time and my x husband and I had a big communication breakdown and Danni and Romael showed us such grace and patience - and worked with us whilst going through such a difficult time Writing this is quite late, but something I endeavoured to do once settled I highly recommend Barnard Marcus Thornton Heath branch as they will truly take care of you - They mean what they say!! Easily contactable and supportive throughout the whole process. Don’t hesitate in using them. Highly recommend

He really took the time to understand the property and price it just right, and immediately had buyers in mind who would be interested. We had a rocky time with solicitors on both sides and Tom acted as an invaluable go-between, keeping the wheels turning and keeping all parties informed - making things far less painful than they might otherwise have been!

The purchase hasn't completed yet, but the agents have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and reliable throughout the process. I believe they've been transparent, providing clear information and updates, which I really appreciate. They could be a bit friendlier at times, but generally they've been great. They have made a clear effort not to let anything slip and have been accommodating to my needs. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service and hope they continue to uphold this level of commitment, keeping to their promises and timelines as we move forward.

As we all know moving into a first appartement can be difficult but Mahenar has been there every step of the way. Our first option got cancelled and she found us a better alternative in the same day which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly, polite and on it! Thank you Mahenar.

20th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)Had a viewing booked with michael i believe, can’t remember his name, was say waiting at the property for 20minutes and noone was picking up the phones or bothered to notify me of any changes, very unprofessional and rude to waste a clients time. My husband and i took time of work only for it to be a waste.

As the property was a renovation project, I asked several times to revisit the property to take measurements etc to speed up the process once complete - Bradley & Sarah couldn’t have been more accommodating with access and getting me into the property. I didn’t feel under any ‘salesman’s’ chat - just good advice, knowledge of the property and area. Thanks again for the smooth process!
20th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)I had a truly awful experience with Foxtons Real Estate Agency last week, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers was shocking. After completing the full payment for a property we were excited to move into, Foxtons informed us just one week before our scheduled move-in date that we couldn’t move in. The reason they gave was vague and completely unnecessary, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. This caused significant stress and disruption to our lives, all of which could have been avoided if Foxtons had acted with even a shred of professionalism. On top of this, their customer service was abysmal. The staff we dealt with were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping us resolve the situation. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they were condescending and unhelpful. It was clear that once they had our money, they couldn’t care less about the service they provided or the impact their actions had on us. I strongly advise anyone considering Foxtons to think twice before dealing with them. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and careless handling of our situation was beyond unacceptable. 14th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)The best estate agents I’ve used. James in particular was great. He was very personable, great communication (very quick to respond). I had a very protracted sale due to various unforeseen issues and James was a great support, sounding board and helped push solicitors, property management company’s and buyers. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

28th Aug 2024 (11 days ago)My friend and I rented with Keatings for 3 years (2017 to 2020). We had a leaky roof for years, which resulted in signficant mould growth on our ceiling. Despite continual reminders, nothing was done about the mould until the council got involved. It was only after Keatings were threatened with legal action and damages under the Housing Act that anything meaningfully happened, which is pathetic. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
