16th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Very good communications from the local branch. We were pleased with how the local branch marketed our flat and kept us informed of viewings and feedback. Only negative was after we accepted an offer, responsibility for progressing the sale to completion was transferred to a central unit. This was frustrating as the communications from this unit were poor and slow.

31st May 2024 (16 weeks ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

3rd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rubbish for sales. Called for a viewing which got cancelled and rescheduled twice. This took so long that when the day of the viewing arrived, the property already got an offer and they cancelled the viewing 2h before it was supposed to happen. All the employees seem very young and not experienced in sales.

31st Aug 2024 (19 days ago)Viewed a property for rent in Morden with Ellisons. The property itself was very nice and we placed an offer for it but unfortunately the landlord went for a higher price. Ellisons informed me they would have another property in the same building the following week and someone would get in touch with me. A week or 2 later, I still hadn't heard anything to the point I was back at square 1, looking for other properties again. Unreliable agency. Would not recommend at all.

6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Had a viewing today and unfortunately the sales rep was 20 minutes late turning up due to forgetting we had agreed to meet at the property instead of the Foxtons office. We then went on to view another 4 properties. I wish I had been emailed the information for the other 4 properties before arriving today, as I could have saved us some time by confirming if any of the other properties were of interest, especially being shown a property that was £45k over budget. With my travel time included, this easily went on for a lot longer than anticipated. It was clear the sales rep was keen to sell the properties we saw and was prepared to answer questions that I had.

14th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)Radstock managed a small house in Notting Hill for me for just a few months before we sold it. They did an excellent job. Communication was reliable and clear. They kept the tenants on-side during the process. The service is always personal and with a problem-solving approach. Should I let property in London again they would be my first choice for management.
