18th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)I recently had a terrible experience with Hawes & Co in Wimbledon Village. I was dealing with Janine in the Lettings team and everything was going great until she left. I was supposed to move in to a property however Hawes & Co never sent me the tenancy agreement to sign and still hadn’t sent it a month and a half later! They kept telling me they would send it and made up various excuses about the landlord not having an email address etc but I never received it and in the end I couldn’t wait any longer as me and my child needed to move out of our current place so I asked them to return my deposit and they refused (even though this was their fault and they’d never sent me the tenancy)! I’ve tried raising a formal complaint but had no response and everyone I’ve tried to reach out to is now ignoring my calls and messages.
25th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have never written a review for an estate agent but I had to write this. I cannot express enough how amazing Rochford Stokes has been as our letting agent. Right since the day I viewed the property (the manager Jason actually waited for a while as I was running late and then later also dropped me off as I was in a rush between viewings, have never received such kindness from London estate agents). They go above and beyond to help you. Their communication with us as tenants has been exceptionally good and considerate. We are only leaving the property as our landlords are selling the property. Even with the property sale, they have been so good to us and have treated us exceptionally well and not just like a number/tick box exercise as many estate agents in London do. Small things like keeping us updated at every stage, sending a Christmas card to us, and always understanding the tenant’s perspective while managing the landlord’s perspective speak volumes about their professionalism and dedication to providing the highest quality of customer service. Everything has been smooth and stress-free with them. In fact when we put an offer on the property, Jason never pressured us to bid more (like many agents do) and told us to put an offer we were comfortable with. I cannot recommend Rochford Stokes highly enough. They make you feel valued as tenants which is quite rare in London. I would definitely come back to them when I look to buy a property in the near future.

19th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)We found our flat with Warren Co (thanks to Gregory) and we're almost settled in. Everything went smoothly and we're very happy with the service we got throughout the viewing, signing contract and check-in. Matt helped us with the contract, and he was very responsive & flexible. Overall I'd rate the services that we received so far 100 out of 100. Thanks for everything!

I really valued Flora's advice and support, and her professional pragmatism and regular communication were invaluable. She was always friendly, positive and approachable and it was a pleasure to deal with her. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

As we all know moving into a first appartement can be difficult but Mahenar has been there every step of the way. Our first option got cancelled and she found us a better alternative in the same day which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly, polite and on it! 5th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. I had previousy had a bad experience with a few of the larger estate agents where I felt a lack of genuine care and had multiple offers fall through. I can't thank Zoë enough for the insight and support she gave me throughout the entire process, she was brilliant! It was seamless from start to finish. Absolutely delighted with my flat and could not reccomend Aspire enough.
