I thoroughly researched agents before listing and the information and attention received from Hampton’s was thorough, informative and honest. It was evident their knowledge and experience enabled them to really understand how the sale should be best positioned and they came up with a plan for marketing, whilst remaining respectful to existing tenants. This was a multi occupancy property and therefore quite complex and niche. I honestly couldn’t have been in better hands with Peter Knowles and Zoe Grey managing the sale. Everyone I dealt with at Hamptons offered the same high level of service, which was exceptional. I definitely chose the right agent. From Peter’s initial thorough, honest advice and attention (a clear differentiation from all the other agents) to Zoe managing everything following listing, they navigated all the twists and turns, competently and effectively. They thoroughly supported every aspect of the sale, going above and beyond expectations. Hampton’s ensured we obtained the best offer and committed buyer and held the complex sale together, which is where the knowledge, experience and commitment really counts. They also have a really wide reach with multiple offices and access to investors, which supported us receiving multiple offers and finding a buyer quicker than I anticipated.
