16th May 2024 (17 days ago)I had good experience while living a flat managed by capital homes estate. The team were professional and I really appreciate being listened when I reported issues. Capital homes is good agents as they builded good relationships over the 3 years I lived in the flat. Regularly checks the environment of the flat. This is good for tenant and landlord’s.
4th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)We recently sold our very large family home and after asking a few agents around were impressed by the smallest, local agent, Big Move. Aaron arrived having extensive knowledge of how the market was and how much other similar homes were selling for etc. Throughout the journey, he has been professional, responsive and always kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale as soon as he had news. We were overseas for much of the time and Aaron managed all viewings, scheduled surveyors and even workmen who had to go in when we had a leak. We felt confident in handing Aaron the keys and he checked it regularly for us. Even now, after completion, Aaron is helping us with other aspects arising from the sale. We would always recommend Aaron and Big Move to all of our friends in the Hackney area.

22nd Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.

23rd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Raphael was absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.

30th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)My and my Husband have recently moved into a property that was first shown to us by Christina. We have had some not- so positive experiences with estate agents in the past but Christina was a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly and down to earth and especially NOT PUSHY which was something we really appreciated , almost like a friend showing you around. There was some delays through out the process (none of which were her fault) but we could tell that she was trying her best to get them resolved. She kept us in the loop through out and was available on the phone if we needed help. I would 100% recommend giving her a shout to help you out when looking for a property, she’s great!

17th May 2024 (16 days ago)After engaging with several agents we chose Element to represent us for the sale of our house in Wood Green. The two main reasons for this were (a) George came very well prepared with detailed notes and resources that backed their valuation along with a thorough sale strategy and (b) there were several things said that made it clear that they understood the area and the market as they aligned perfectly with our experience of buying this property 5 years ago. It proved to be an excellent decision as we were able to find an excellent buyer within one month. While their commission rate wasn't quite the cheapest offered it certainly justified given the standard of service throughout the process from photos/advertising to completion.

I had a difficult experience recently buying a new house, with conveyancing glitches on the day, and multiple "surprises" regarding things that didn't work in the new house. Matian from N&B went well beyond the expected standard in liaising with the former owner, support and practical help on the day of the move, and an uncomplaining and efficient after sales service. You get much more than with the average high street estate agent with N&B, you get a professional who gets to know you as a person, cares, adapts to your needs and goes the extra mile.

Everything was smooth and hassle-free; whenever I had a problem they were always responsive and made sure it was resolved quickly and painlessly. After having several bad experiences with other estate agents in London (Waterfronts) and Dublin (Sherry Fitz) it was such a nice surprise to find one that was actually reliable and efficient. Would 100% rent through them again!
