From this point we went from struggling to get any viewings at all, to Taylors selling our house within 24 hours!! It wasn’t the most straight forward of sales, and we felt grateful to be reassured and informed throughout the process. Jamie in particular went above and beyond for us with fantastic customer service. It is clear everyone at Taylors really care about their customers and you not only get a great team of professionals who know the area well, they are also so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I’m so pleased we chose Taylors and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tim, Jamie and team :)

As first time buyers, we really had very little idea on the process upon purchase but they moved heaven and earth to get us our house with a very quick turnaround. We’d highly recommend them! 7th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Made an enquiry on shared ownership in Northampton, agent took my details, and I got no call back for next 3 days. Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

During all that time their service has been first class and we would thoroughly recommend them to new and existing landlords. Jackie runs the lettings part of this friendly, local estate agents. She knows all the tenants, landlords and tradesmen personally and is quick to deal with any problems that may crop up. Whenever we have needed to find new tenants Jackie has done so quickly and efficiently, ensuring that vacant periods are kept to a minimum.

11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

31st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

20th May 2024 (13 days ago)Work Ethnic very Strong always punctual, very polite and very helpful with all aspects of work. nothing is too much trouble with help in any aspects of the job. I personally would highly rate her in all departments of her work.
12th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

The stuff working there in the letting department are very very rude especially the manager. We been left with no heating or hot water for 3 days and we have a child, everytime when called been told we are not the only ones and they have a lot more rented houses to take care of. Only when I told her that I will contact the council she send someone to fix it straight away. She always very rude on the phone, I am not sure how she even have a position like this. I would avoid this agency!!!

He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.

29th May 2024 (4 days ago)Caroline, Adam and the whole team at O’Riordan Bond were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Being first time buyers we had no clue what we were doing and they supported us so much! They helped us to complete our purchase in exactly 11 weeks! Couldn’t have done it without their help, especially Caroline who helped us get a mortgage secured in a matter of days when we were struggling with another advisor and bank. Would highly recommend their service, could not fault them and will definitely be using them in the future!

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home.
