Whilst obtaining a mortgage has been somewhat stressful, James has guided us though every step and provided us with invaluable information at every turn. He is also a personable individual whom we would highly recommend if you need help with a Mortgage. More recently, his assistant Sharon has been communicating with us to keep us informed as things progress. She has also been a pleasure to liaise with.
1st May 2024 (18 days ago)The company have been amazing from start to finish. I had plenty of questions to ask, which Clare Selwood has ensured to find out answers to and get back to me in reasonable time frame. Everyone has been polite and easy to deal with making this process stress free!
8th May 2024 (11 days ago)Thanks to Graham Lee and his top class team, nothing was too much trouble. Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

This home may not be our forever destination, but it’s a meaningful stepping stone and investment for our children’s future. Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

From the valuation to completion we knew we were in safe hands. Gary and Stuart did everything they could to get us the sale we needed and nothing was any trouble for them. They were honest, friendly and approachable at all times, and we would recommend them whole-heartedly. They were head and shoulders above their competitors from the very beginning and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Warren, who valued our property, was brilliant giving us honest and informative advice. He made sure that the process of putting the property on the market was both swift and seamless. A huge thank you must to go Hannah who sold our property at the full asking price within 1.5 days of it being on the market. Amazing work! Viewing requests were numerous and we were actually overseas at the time that the property went live, but Hannah organised all the viewings without us having to be there thus removing the stress of it all out of our hands. The aftersales was handled by Wendy who was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone to help, advise and inform. Wendy kept us in the loop the whole way through and made sure that everything was kept on track. We would happily recommend Michael Graham to anyone. We are in the process of buying through their Towcester branch and so far the communication, pragmatic advice and guidance and the general support on offer has been second to none. The whole team have been great although we've worked mainly with Karen, who has without doubt gone above and beyond with communication, following up third parties, and keeping the process moving as quickly as possible. If you are looking to buy or sell, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howkins and Harrison.

They have a first-class team, all are professional and friendly. In fact, this is probably the very first time I have dealt with so many people at one company and each of them were outstanding in my dealings with them. I am very pleased with Chelton Brown and highly recommend them. 2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Another 5 star performance from Campbells.They seem to find the right buyers for the right property that’s why we keep using them.We have bought or sold 12 properties with them over the years.They give a fair valuation with a realistic target price and their approach to marketing is a bit different to other agents but it works.Mark and the rest of the staff work hard to get the right people through the door and when the sale has been agreed they see it over the line. Always spot on.
15th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Winkworth Estate Agents in Northampton highly enough. Ian Simons and the team are consummate professional, and fantastic people. Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Ian handled the sale of our house, and the sale of another we were responsible for. It all went very well; difficult situations were dealt with, with minimal stress to ourselves. The buyer of our house was guided every step of the way, as required. When things looked like going completely wrong Ian stepped in and guided the sale home on time. Legend. Thanks, Winkworth, for all you’re help guidance and understanding.
