Her boundless positivity, professionalism, good humour and fantastic communication made a sometimes tricky time bearable. From our first contact with her, Kate was helpful, open and honest, and even when things were getting tough, she didn't stop doing her best to make sure the sale went through. We couldn't recommend Kate highly enough.

They were bang on with the valuation and their sole agency fee was incredibly realistic for my property. I would recommend this estate agent.

9th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)We enjoyed working with Reeds Rains. The Southsea team were very friendly, provided feedback on viewings and progress on the eventual sale. The house went on the market in a challenging environment and Reeds Rains did their best to attract buyers and maintain our morale! They also provided sound advice when needed.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
