I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.
30th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)I had the best experience renting my house with Home Fullstop. Last year, as an international student, I moved to London for my university year abroad and I did not have the possibility view apartments before my course begun. Many agencies I had previously contacted were anything but keen to help me and most of the time they just hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain the situation. With Home Fullstop, it’s been the complete opposite: from the beginning they’ve been incredibly helpful and kind. Karim is the best person you can deal with when it comes to finding an apartment: he was eager to help me during the whole process, scheduling a video tour of the flat and answering any question I had. Even after renting the flat, he’s always been available if I had problems, resolving them as soon as possible and reassuring me I could contact them if I had any issues. I totally recommend renting a flat with Home FullStop: their team supports you in finding a perfect place in the best way possible.

11th May 2018 (6 years ago)I have found Mr A Philpott and his Team very helpful and it has been a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate recommend them. I am also renting my property via them. They have always found a good and reliable tenant for the flat.

Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.

Dominic in particular was fantastic, providing updates and progress from week, to weekends, to even his annual leave, to help us meet milestones. Highly recommend and will buy/sell in future with them.

5th May 2022 (2 years ago)Wide options- 26th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

We have just handed our flat back after 4 years and from the first to the last interaction Vicky made things straightforward. The contractual process was easy and fair and any repair issues were always dealt with promptly. An easy recommendation.
