Whenever I needed updates, they chased the sellers promptly and always came back to me in a timely manner, which made the whole journey far less stressful. Chloe was also fantastic during the viewings. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. On completion day, she made an extra effort to ensure I could collect my keys without any issues, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the team made the process much easier, and their support didn’t go unnoticed. I’d happily recommend them

She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Even though we didn’t end up going with that particular property, the service we received was excellent. Based on our experience with Robbie, we would definitely choose this agency again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.
24th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I had the pleasure to work with Charlie Jones from the Croydon branch and Andrea Wright from the Crystal Palace branch in finding my first home. Charlie was a huge huge support for me over this long process, from the very first viewing till completion. He is very well informed about a wide range of topics, from real estate, taxes, house buying tips etc... and as a first time buyer I learnt a lot from him. He would regularly check in, update me and keep me informed about everything that was happening on the seller's side too. Thank you for making the process less stressful!

16th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
