26th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Avoid this Concentric Sales and Lettings Liverpool if you are a tenant. After dealing this Letting Agent and when you're ready to move in is when you will discover the rooms can be in a filthy state with Mould all over the walls, Mound behind furniture, rubbish hid under the bed. I felt the management acted in the spirit of deceitfulness they can suddenly stop returning any emails or phone calls so they can deliberately treat anyone in a horrible manner. The properties are Not cleaned , they try to make the rooms to look like they in a good shape when you view it but when you actually move in you discover the truth how dishonest they are, all the repairs that have never been done, then if you email them you will be ignored. They will make sure you sign the contract away from the property so they can hide the problems. They act like scammers . You can email them , ring them they will ignore you provide they have taken your money and lure you into a situation to make you sign a document or they will not give you the keys. Very disgusting unprofessional attitude.

She has been easy to contact whether it be email or on the phone and has kept us updated the whole way through the process. Thanks for all the help Linda.

23rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Have rented out property for nearly 10 years and recently moved property management to this office. Would not recommend to anyone. Not responsive to emails or diligent in dealing with repairs. Only interest is in adding to their bottom line and have regularly taken money off my rental statement without justification. Finance team not linked with office so can’t even establish why fees are taken.
8th May 2024 (12 days ago)I have entrusted my property with Northwood for around 6 years now and although initially I was happy with the service, policies in the business have changed and has make them less flexible especially when it comes to paying for maintenance in my property. Communication is key in any business and I feel Northwood are failing. They are quick to communicate when money is needed but not so quick to address concerns that are highlighted if it has a financial impact on them. I hope they improve soon
3rd May 2024 (17 days ago)Atlas estate agents have looked after our property for the last three years while we lived abroad, they have been amazing they found tenants straight away for 12 months and when they were due to leave they had new tenants ready to move in, they were very thorough with the check in and check out reports. They sent us the full inventory with pictures and the house was left Immaculate after each tenant. Any work that needed to be carried out they would email us with the information and price and promptly get the work completed. We liased with Kate frost mostly as we were getting prepared to move back into the house ourselves and Kate was brilliant always answering any emails we sent her and doing everything to make it run smoothly for us. If you are planning on renting out a property we would definitely recommend atlas estate agents as they take care of everything and we couldn’t of asked for more, Thankyou very much
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.- 1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

Friendly professional manner, Alex clearly knew the market with great local knowledge. Georgie kept us informed every step of the way and was always available by phone whenever needed. Sale completed in just over 2 months, at a good but fair price. Could not have asked for better.
