Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

The service has been excellent throughout, including very helpful advice and support when, unfortunately, we had to close and ask the tenant to move out. They have always been very approachable and also very professional. I would happily recommend them.

As I am living overseas it has been reassuring to have their support and they handled any issues that cropped up sensitively and professionally. I was very happy with the sale price, they worked hard to get the best price for me, and they made the process as smooth and as quick as possible. I can definitely recommend them for both property management and sale.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best

Matthew acted extremley quickly with putting our house on the market and advised us well throughout the process. Homezone have great knowledge and experience in the industry and this showed when we needed their guidance. Sam and Denise are both great in the office and were also very helpful with great communication. We highly recommend Homezone to anyone

The whole process, from apartment purchase, preparation for my arrival, along with BNO visa-related matters, were all handled very well by Selene. She is efficient and responsive, and is always willing to provide suggestions that are tailored to my specific situation or needs. On my arrival, her Manchester colleague, Chris, was also very helpful with his local knowledge and experience, which helped with my adjustment to a mew environment. I would highly recommend Vesper.

Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
